便函写作Memo (Memorandum)一、什么是便函简单地说,便函就是指在同一家机构内从一个人或一个部门传递到另一个人或部门的书面信息,内容是要在当天或近期内所要办理的事情。
二、便函写作的格式便函通常包含以下几个部分:1.公司名称;2.公司的电话号码或传真号码;3.收函人姓名(和职位)To:4.留言人姓名(和职位)From:5.留言日期Date:6.便函主题Subject(Re):7.正文商务便条Note便条一般有四个组成部分:日期、称呼、正文、签名。
一些公司有印好的便条笺。
