Internal business correspondence
内部商务往来的商务写作目的在于通知信息、布置安排、征求意见等,用于办公内部成员间的信息交流。
属于中性/非正式文书。
一般英文字数在40~50词之间,中文不超过300字。
具体内容将看情况而定,但任然要注意,英文商务写作要求是“简洁明了”

●便函Message
注:一般来说,E-mail 与Note 和Memo 的书写格式是相近的,都包括收信人姓名、正文、结束语和署名四个要素。
不同的是,写Memo 的格式较为不同,需要看清楚,并做好比较。

注:以上是较为正式的Memo记录,日常的Memo可以不加Subject,只要内容清晰明白。
但是遇到较为正式的商务要求,可以参照以上的格式。
注意不用添加过多的结束语,可以在内容中添加相关的一些话语道谢/ 提醒:thanks/ remind/。
