空气压缩机的术语1、吸收（absorption ）一种物质与另种物质接合而形成溶液性质的均匀混合物的物理一化学过程。
2、吸附（absorption ）气体分子，溶液物分子或者液体分子，粘附在固体表面上，彼此进行接触的物理过程。
3、悬浮粒子（airosol ）在气体介质中，悬浮的固体粒子，液体粒子，也就是固体和液体的粒子下沉速是微乎其微的。
注：在物理上，能形成悬浮粒子的颗粒尺寸上限值是任意的，允许有一颗粒子下沉的最大速度，其定义是：密度为103kg/m 3 ，直径为100um 的球状颗粒，在温度为20 ℃，压力为101.3Mpa, 重力加速度为9.81m/s 2 情况下，受自重的作用，在静止的气体中的下沉速度为0.25m/s 。
4、聚集（agglomerate ）一群固体颗粒互相粘在一起。
5、聚集作用(agglimeration )导致聚集的作用。
6、附着作用（agglutination ）借助于碰，敷上一层薄固体颗粒的粘连作用，或者通过碰撞，在表面上捕捉固体颗粒的作用。
7、集聚（aggregate ）物理力的作用下干颗粒相对稳定的集合。
8、灰（ash ）完全燃烧后的固体残余物。
9、清洗（阻塞后）(cleaning)清除已造成阻塞的固体或液体沉积物。
10、清洗因数（cleaning factor ）进入分离器口的污物量与离开分离器的污物量之比。
11、阻塞（clogging ）固体或液体颗粒进入过滤介质逐渐沉积妨碍了流动。
12、阻塞容量，保持容量（clogging capacity ,holding capacity ）设备达到特定的工作限度时所能残留的粒子质量。
13、凝聚（coalescence ）悬浮的液体颗粒结合成大颗粒的作用。
14、收集率（collection efficiency ）过滤器，尘埃分离器，微滴分离器中，残留在分离器内的颗粒量与进入分离器的颗粒量之比（一般用百分数表示）。
15、浓度：含量（concentration;content ）把固体、液体与气体的量表示成另一物质之比，而这种物质正是由上述固体，液体或气体所形成的混合物悬浮液或溶液。
一、空压机名词术语螺杆式空气压缩机空压机的全称是空气压缩机；一台根据双螺杆（也称阴阳转子）转动使气体产生容积变化的工作原理设计的机器，它能把自然空气吸入再经过内部几道过程完成工作，最终排出满足压力要求的压缩空气，此机器谓螺杆式空气压缩机。
空压机的工作压力压力单位的表示形式很多，这里主要介绍螺杆式空气压缩机常用的压力表示单位；①工作压力，国内用户常称排气压力。

工作压力（排气压力）的选型：当用户准备选购空压机时，首先要确定用气端所需要的工作压力，加上1-2 bar的余量，再选择空压机的压力，（该余量是考虑从空压机安装地点到实际用气端管路距离的压力损失，根据距离的长短在1-2 bar之间适当考虑压力余量）。
当然，管路通径的大小和转弯点的多少也是影响压力损失的因素，管路通径越大且转弯点越少，则压力损失越小；反之，则压力损失就越大。
因此，当空压机与各用气端管路之间距离太远时，应适当放大主管路的通径。

惰性气体是一种对环境不起化学作用的气体，标准压缩机能一样压缩惰性气体。
干氮和二氧化碳均为惰性气体。

在日本把容积式压缩机的“级”称为“段”，中国个别地区、个别文献受此影响，也把“级”称为“段”。
（三）、压力 压缩机行业中所指的压力指的是压强（P） 1m²面积上作用1N的力为1Pa，即1Pa=1N/m²，Pa为压力基本单位，当压力数值大时可用kPa（1kPa=103Pa)与MPa(1MPa=106Pa)。
ⅰ标准大气压（atm） ⅱ表压与绝压 ①用压力表测得的压力为表压力，它是容器内的压力与当地的大气压之差，是以大气压力为零点测得的压力，用P(G)表示。

压缩机常见术语1、容积流量（排气量m3/min）：在所要求的排气压力下，压缩机单位时间（min）内排出的气体容积，折算到进口状态的容积值。
注：若需计算排出的气体容积，在不考虑气体温度变化的情况下，则可用排气量除以排气压力（bar）加1（标准大气压）的和求得。
以OGFD-3.0/8为例则每分钟排出的8bar压力下气体容积为：3/（8+1）=0.3332、标准容积流量（Nm3/min）：压缩机单位时间内排出的气体容积折算到标准状态之值，并不计入级间分离掉的水分及抽气量。

9、启动方式：常规产品Y-△启动；高电压（3KV以上）机直接起动；煤矿机直接起动；另有软起动、变频起动、自藕降压起动等可选，但必须在技术协议上注明，价格变动。
10、电源：常规380V/50Hz；另有3KV/50Hz、6KV/50Hz、10KV/50Hz 可选，但必须在技术协议上注明，价格相应变动，高压机同时需提供三相四线的电源以供控制电路之用；煤矿机有380V/50Hz和660V/50Hz两种可选。

其作用主要是在压缩机停车时，防止油分离器内压力空气倒回，使螺杆压缩机转子反转，致使大量润滑油从进气口冒出。
止逆阀故障的原因可能是阀瓣被卡住，弹簧失效，密封材料老化等。
4、最小压力阀最小压力阀装在油分离器的排气口处，其作用是：1保证压缩机系统中油分离器内始终有形成油循环的最小压力。
2具有逆止功能，能防止管网中的压缩空气向分离器内倒流。
3在机组加载时保持分离器中的压力，与大气压始终有一较小压差，减小气体流动速度，确保油分离器效果。
5、温控阀温控阀控制压缩机的最低喷油温度。
因为较低的喷油温度会使压缩机主机的排气温度偏低，而在油分离器内析出冷凝水，恶化润滑油的品质，缩短其使用寿命。
在控制喷油温度高于一定温度时，排出的空气和润滑油的混合气始终会高于露点温度。
温控阀控制润滑油的旁通流量以使喷油温度控制在一个合适的范围内。
在压缩机起动时，机器较冷，部分润滑油不经过冷却器。
当系统温度升高并超过温控阀设定值时，润滑油将全部流过冷却器。
在环境工作温度较高期间，所有润滑油会统统经过冷却器。
6、油冷却器油冷却器是压缩机冷却系统中不可缺少的部分。
压缩机产生的绝大部分热量由润滑油带走，并在油冷却器中通过强制对流的方式，由冷却水带走热量。
7、油过滤器油过滤器安装在油冷却器和温控阀之后。
其作用是在润滑油循环过程中，滤去其中的颗粒、粉尘和其它杂质，保证螺杆压缩机转子的可靠工作和防止油冷却管道的结垢。
在其内部，有一个压差旁通结构。
当滤芯阻塞时，进出压差增加，当压差超过1.5bar时，压力旁通结构起作用，油不经过滤芯，旁通过油过滤器，以保证主机有足够的冷却润滑油。
8、油气分离器油气分离器是把混在空气中的油粒分离出来，将干净空气排出机外的一个压力容器。
其内部经过特殊设计，有一个二级凝聚式的分离器芯子（即油细分离器）。
分离出的油经过过滤，冷却之后重新返回到压缩机。
油气混合物沿筒体内壁流动，在离心力的作用下油滴聚合后落入油箱底部。

压力露点：（PDP）指在当前压力下，水蒸气转变为水的温度，是用于描述压缩空气中所含有的水分。
