教材分析 1、教材以“Ask for information politely”为话题，以“礼貌地咨询信息（重点是问路）”展开交际，重点在这希尔语境中学习和运用了wh-疑问词引导的宾语从句。
2、Section A 从地点和外出活动相关的词汇入手，开展了简单的问路和指路会话活动，并在问路的表达中穿插了宾语从句。之后，又把话题扩展到其他信息，从更广泛的领域操练宾语从句。
学情分析 在教学过程中，对学情的了解是教师因材施教的关键。我所教的初三（1）班，学生基础较好，学习目的明确，反应较灵敏，学习英语兴趣较浓，学习较主动、自觉，具有一定的自觉能力。已经学会了that、if/whether引导的宾语从句的句子，可以在任务的指导下通过观察和分析总结宾语从句的基本用法及规律，具有较好的团结协作意识。因此，教师通过创设情境激发学生学习兴趣，通过眼看，耳听，口动，手动，参与学习过程并形成清晰的知识脉络体系。

4. 学习回答问路的常用表达方法。
