SALES AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [Insert Date] between [Insert

Seller's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Seller," and

The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase

terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or any other causes

beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this
