Article 6 Warranties

Article 7 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this contract.

The Seller's liability for any breach of this contract shall be limited to the

purchase price of the modity.

Article 8 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any flure or delay in performing its

obligations under this contract due to force majeure events, including but not

limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions.

In the event of a force majeure event, the affected party shall promptly notify

the other party and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of the event.

Article 9 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be

resolved through友好协商 (friendly negotiation). If the parties are unable to

resolve the dispute through negotiation, they may submit the dispute to

arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Article 10 Governing Law

乙方因生产的需要，向甲方购买沙石，为明确双方的权利义务，经双方平等友好协商，订立以下条款。

1.甲方向乙方提供的生产所需的沙石质量、数量应当符合并满足乙方生产需要，否则乙方有权解除合同。

2.乙方根据生产需要，分期分批向甲方购进所需沙石，乙方每次需货时,应提前三天通知甲方所需沙石的种类、型量、经甲方确认后，甲方应在 日内将该沙石送到乙方指定地点。
