Help a Child Write a Book Review
Why Use This Tip
Reviewing a favorite (or not so favorite) book helps a child
comprehension. It also gives him or her the c 81 to express an opinion

pick up a particular book, a child must include certain elements. By helping a

1. Look for some examples of book reviews. Your favorite magazine or local newspaper may be a good

2. Read some book reviews with a child and together pick out the main elements, for example: the book

Antarctica ( 南极洲 ) is the fifth-largest continent on Earth. It is also the coldest, windiest, driest and
highest continent. It is an ice-covered place where no large plants grow, and no land animals live there.
Antarctica covers an area of more than 13.6 million square kilometers. It is nearly twice the size of
