为确保本招标工程的施工质量与进度，结合现场实际情况及我单位施工力量，初步拟订了本技术投标文件，用于指导和组织施工。

本技术投标文件未尽之处均参照现行国家有关规程、规范及招标文件的技术要求。

After receiving the bidding documents, our Company has carried out careful study on the designing drawings, technical specificationsand relevant appendixes provided in the tender documents. In orderto ensure the construction quality and schedule of the tenderingengineering, we have, binding with the site actual situation andconstruction force of our facility, initially formulated thistechnical tender documents as instructions and constructionarrangement. Refer to the state present regulations, standards andtechnical requirements of the bidding documents for matters notmentioned in the tender documents.1.2如果我单位有幸中标，则在实际施工过程中，严格执行现行规范和标文中技术说明的要求和做法；在施工程序的安排上，合理组织，切实可行；贯彻执行ISO9000系列标准，以质量保证体系、HSE安全保证体系的正常运行来保证工程优质、安全完成。

In case we are lucky and successful in the bid, we shall be strictly comply with the existing standards and the technical specifications requirements and practices in the bidding documents during the actual construction process;Reasonably arrange construction procedures to ensure their practical feasibilities; implement ISO9000 series standards, ensure a high quality and safety completion of the engineering backing on the normal operation of quality assurance system and HSE safety assurance system.1.3我单位将严格执行管理公司的统筹控制计划，确保本工程中标后立即进入施工状态，并加大劳动力投入，加快施工进度，确保按时竣工。

We will follow strictly the whole control plan of the Owner, ensure animmediate starting after the successful bidding of the engineering, and laborforce shall be increased to speed up construction schedule and ensure on timecompletion of the engineering.1.4根据管理公司的施工计划和管理要求，我公司将派出精干的管理、保证施工人员的整体素质符合该工程的要求。
