全球金融危机对中国经济的影响及对策
摘要：来自于美国的大规模全球性金融危机给世界经济发展带来了难以估量的巨大损失和难以预测的深远影响。在全球经济一体化的今天，必须正视美国金融危机对中国经济造成的巨大冲击，采取有针对性的措施，才能避害趋利、转害为利，实现中国经济又好又快的发展
改革开放以来,我国在经济上取得了举世瞩目的成就。特别是在经济全球化的趋势下,金融业迅速得到发展,它在经济中的影响力也越来越大。然而,伴随着金融业高速发展而频繁爆发的金融危机,也引起人们日益密切的关注。2007 年由美国房价下跌导致的次贷危机,让美国经济遭受衰退危险, 特别是2008 年9 月雷曼兄弟公司陷入严重财务危机，并宣布申请破产保护后，金融危机迅速蔓延到实体经济，全球经济急剧萎缩。由于中国经济也越来越融入全球经济一体化，无疑，这场全球性金融危机也不可避免地对中国经济的发展带来重大影响。当前，我国经济发展的内部矛盾凸显，外部环境和因素的不确定性也在加大。因此，我们要正视危机的存在和危害，从我国实际出发，积极应对，加强监管，防范风险，维稳保增。

美国的大规模全球性经济危机对中国的经济造成了巨大的损失和影响，金融危机对我国经济的影响主要有对房地产行业，企业引进外资以及外贸出口的影响。
1．对房地产行业的影响
金融危机对我国房地产市场的影响似乎是人们最明显能够感觉得到的。全国的房价都在下调，不管是新房还是二手房市场都不景气，政府也开始了“救房”行动。目前中国的房地产业可以说是中国的支柱产业之一，房地产业受到的冲击越大，对国民经济的影响也就越大。虽然经过改革开放三十年的洗礼，中国的房地产业已经步入正轨，但面对金融风暴的来袭，对于羽翼未丰的中国房地产行业来说仍是“雪上加霜”。未来房产业的成交量可能将持续下滑、购房者可能会持币观望、信心减弱，空房率会持续增加，并导致开发商遭遇现金流的困扰，房地产企业资金周转速度减缓、还贷困难，从而造成银行业中的房地产不良贷款风险提高。
2．对企业引进外资的影响
我国是一个发展中国家，改革开放三十年的实践告诉我们，发展是硬道理，而发展又离不开资金支持，我们在集中精力搞建设、千方百计求发展的同时，亟需引进大量的外资。但此次金融危机对工业项目招商引资和企业投资产生了普遍影响。部分投资者缺乏投资信心，致使引进资金、技术等借助外力的发展受到限制和影响，招商引资难度加大，项目引进势头减弱。出于对未来宏观经济走势的担忧，部分生产企业对国际经济走势难以预料把握，多数企业处于观望状态，经济增长放缓及企业投资削减会逐渐凸显，将直接或间接地影响未来工业引进外资增资扩能。
3．对外贸出口的影响
