Unit 14 I remember meeting all of you in Grade 7.教材解读:本单元是新目标九年级英语第十四单元,它对学生的初中三年的生活进行了回顾,激发学生对即将到来的高中生活的向往,同时还是对所学英语知识的总结和巩固。
本单元通过介绍学生在初中的学习情况和主要成长历程,激励学生在以后的学习中更加努力!同时,教材还教育学生要尊敬师长,团结同学,为自己创设和谐的学习生活环境,让自己的心理得到健康的发展。
通过本单元的学习,要让学生学会做事,学会共处,学会求知,学会做人。
知识与技能:1.知识目标:(1)通过练习,熟练掌握本单元的重点词汇与短语。
如:standard,double,congratulate,overcome,in a row,look back at,make a mess,believe in,be thirsty for等。
(2)继续练习使用remember,used to do something,学会运用所学时态及知识来回忆初中生活;练习使用look forward to doing something,be going to,I’d like to,I hope to谈论将来想做的事情。
(3)以“回忆过去,展望未来”为题,进行口语交流和书面交流。
2.技能目标:通过学习本单元的重点词汇,短语,一般过去时,现在完成时等,以“回忆过去,展望未来”为题,让学生能过较为准确的介绍自己三年的初中学习情况。
能够与他人谈论将来想做的事情,从而进一步激发学生好好学习。
过程与方法:将本单元内容划分为五课时,但每一课时并不是绝对孤立的。
在教学中采用Practicing Listening,Reading和Role--playing的学习策略,利用图片或多媒体课件展开Pairwork,Groupwork的口语交际活动,充分发挥学生在学习中的主体地位,鼓励学生完整的叙述记忆中的事情,并保存美好回忆,该掉不良习惯。
