《中国实用医刊》杂志稿约《中国实用医刊》杂志系中华人民共和国卫生部主管、中华医学会主办的国内外公开发行的国家级综合性医学期刊。
《中国实用医刊》杂志面向临床,重点报道内、外、妇、儿等学科进展以及新理论、新成果、新方法和经验总结等。
本刊为半月刊,设有论著、临床实践/经验交流、临床研究、药物与临床、综述、诊疗教i J I I/误诊分析、诊疗技术、护理学/护理与临床、临床报道/短篇报道、医疗事故、案例分析、继续医学教育等栏目。
本刊对来稿要求:1来稿要求及注意事项1.1来稿要求论点明确,数据可靠,文字精练、通顺,重点突出。
论著2500~5000字(包括摘要及图、表、参考文献),综述3500—6500字,其他文稿1800~2500字,短篇报道1000字以内。
来稿书写应规范,层次应分明。
一级标题为1,2,3……;二级标题为1.1,1.2,1.3……;三级标题为1.1.1,1.1.2,1.1.3……如此类推。
1.2文题:文题应简明扼要,能反映文章的主题,文题不要太长,20字以内为宜。
论文如属省部级以上攻关课题或基金资助项目,请在文稿首页脚码中注明“本课题为……资助项目”。
1.3作者及单位:作者署名在文题下按序排列,作者在前,单位在后。
作者及协作单位不应太多,在投稿时即应确定。
单位及地址应详细明确(应写明街道及门牌号码,便于投递),并注明所在地邮政编码及联系方式。
1.4摘要及关键词:论著性稿件须附300字以内的中文摘要和2—5个关键词。
摘要的格式包括:目的、方法、结果、结论四部分。
英文摘要与中文摘要相对应。
摘要不须分段,不引用文献,不加评论,应是一篇独立的可被引用的短文。
关键词可选用直接相关的几个主题词进行组配。
1.5图表:文稿中图、表力求精简明了,不与其正文文字重复使用。
表格请用三线表,表题以15字内为宜。
数据不多、文字过多者、文中已有叙述均不宜列表。
图片应对比清晰,一目了然。
1.6参考文献:必须是作者亲自阅读过的近3~7年主要文献,择主要的列入。

本刊设栏目:论著(全英文须附中文稿)、综述、研究报告(中英文摘要)、临床研究(中英文摘要)、临床报道(中文摘要)、学术交流、病例报告等。
篇幅要求:论著为全英文发表,以汉字3500字(包括图表及参考文献)为宜;综述4000字以内;实验研究、临床研究3400字以内;临床报道2600字以内;学术交流2200字左右;病例报告1000字以内。
中文稿件须附英文题目。
稿件格式为题名、作者单位、邮编、作者姓名、摘要(学术交流、病例报告除外)、关键词、分类号、正文、参考文献。
《中国现代医学杂志》为半月刊,对具有“高”、“新”、“尖”的科研成果或阶段性成果及部级以上课题项目的进展报道开放“绿色通道”,实行速审快发(录用后45天内刊登)。
一般稿件50天左右有评审结果,录用后5个月内出版发行。
无录用通知的稿件则表示未被采用,且不退原稿,请作者自留底稿。
稿件刊登后,赠杂志两本。

Manuscripts are welcome from any part of the world.MANUSCRIPT INFORMATIONManuscript requirementsManuscripts submitted to CMJ should meet the following criteria: the material is original; the writing is clear; the study methods are appropriate; the data are valid; the conclusions are reasonable and supported by the data.Manuscript submissionAuthors are required to submit their manuscripts online at .Previous publication or duplicate submissionManuscripts are considered with the understanding that they have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another publication. Copies of possibly duplicative materials that have been previously published or are being considered elsewhere must be provided at the time of manuscript submission.Previous presentationA complete report following presentation at a meeting or publication of preliminary findings elsewhere (e.g., an abstract) can be considered.CATEGORIES OF ARTICLESCMJ publishes editorial, original article, review article, medical progress, brief report,viewpoint, case report, letter, and many other categories of articles. Topics of interest include all subjects that relate to the practice of medicine and research.EditorialThese are usually commissioned, however, unsolicited editorials are welcome. We are keen to consider editorials or ideas for editorials from authors outside China. Editorials should be up to 2000 words long with no more than 25 references.Original articleManuscripts on epidemiological studies, studies of social medicine, clinical trials, especially large scale randomized controlled trials are welcome. Each manuscript should clearly state an objective or hypothesis, the methods, the main results of the study and the conclusions. They should not exceed 2500 words with no more than 2 tables and/or two illustrations and 15 references.Clinical experienceAuthors of these articles provide their experiences for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of diseases. The length is up to 2500 words with no more than 2 tables and/or two illustrations and 15 references.ViewpointPersonal views are welcome and the length should be 1000–3000 words (not including tables, figures, and references). Authors of this type of articles should sign their real names; no anonymous pieces are published.Case reportAuthors usually describe one to three patients or a single family. The text is limited to no more than 2500 words, and up to 15 references.Clinical solutionsThe articles are evidence-based reviews of topics relevant to practicing physicians. Articles in this series should include the following sections: case report, clinical overview, strategies, clinical difficulties, and author’s personal opinions. The text is limited to 3000 words and a small number of figures and tables. Images for diagnosisAuthors can provide here with typical images of common or uncommon medical conditions. Letters should also be submitted online.AUTHOR INFORMATIONDesignate a corresponding author and provide a complete address,telephone and fax numbers, and E-mail address.Authorship requirementsEach author should have participated sufficiently in the work to take public responsibility for appropriate portions of the content. One or more authors should take responsibility for the integrity of the work as a whole, from inception to published article. Authorship credit should be based on(1) substantial contributions to conception and design, or acquisition of data, or analysis and interpretation of data; and (2) drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content; and (3) final approval of the version to be published.Conditions 1, 2, and 3 must all be met.1Group authorshipIf authorship is attributed to a group, all members of the group must meet the full criteria and requirements for authorship as described above. We encourage authors to suggest the names of possible reviewers, but we reserve the right of final selection. Rejected manuscriptsRejected manuscripts and reasons for rejection can be found online. EditingAccepted manuscripts are copyedited first by native speakers and then by CMJ editors according to CMJ style and returned to the author for approval. Authors are responsible for all statements made in their work, including changes made by the editor and authorized by the corresponding author.PublicationAuthors are required to pay page fee if their manuscripts are accepted for publication. The publisher will provide the author (s) 2 copies of the journal free of charge.CopyrightThe Chinese Medical Association (CMA) is the owner of all copyrights to any articles published in the journal. Chinese Medical Association keeps the right to use these manuscripts in any form, including print, video, audio, and digital.MANUSCRIPT PREPARATIONManuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) ().Submit the original manuscript online; use 1 side of standard-sized page and 1.5 cm margins.For Chinese authors, submission of a Chinese version of the manuscript (or abstract) is recommended.Use only 10- or 12-point font size.On the title page include the full names and affiliations of all authors. If an author’s affiliation has changed since the work was done, list the new affiliation as well. Titles should be concise and descriptive. The name, address, telephone number, fax number, and E-mail address of the correspondence author should be addressed. Any grant support that requires acknowledgment should be mentioned on this page.Measurements of length, height, weight, and volume should be reported in metric units (meter, kilogram, or liter) or their decimal multiples. Temperatures should be given in degrees Celsius. Blood pressures should be given in millimeters of mercury. Authors should obtain written permission from all individuals named in an acknowledgment.JOURNAL STYLETablesTables should be simple and no duplicate information should appear in the text of the article. Tables should be numbered consecutively, and headed by a concise title. Place explanatory matter in footnotes, not in the heading. Explain in footnotes all non-standard abbreviations that are used in each table. Forfootnotes use the following symbols in this sequence: *, †, ‡, §, ||, ¶, **, ††, ‡‡.FiguresComplete sets of illustrations must be submitted with legends typed on the same page. Only clear photographs are acceptable. All lettering must be legible after reduction to column size. Magnification and staining should be indicated when pertinent. AbbreviationsUse only standard abbreviations. Avoid abbreviations in the title and abstract. The full term for which an abbreviation stands should precede its first use in the text unless it is a standard unit of measurement.Ethical requirementFor experimental investigations of human subjects, state in the Methods section that an appropriate institutional review board approved the project. For those investigators who do not have formal ethics review committees,the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki2 should be followed. For investigations of human subjects, state in the Methods section the manner in which informed consent was obtained from the study participants.Patient descriptions, photographs, and pedigreesInclude a signed statement of informed consent to publish (in print and online) patient descriptions, photographs, and pedigrees from all persons (parents or legal guardians for minors) who can be identified in such written descriptions, photographs, or pedigrees. 枟中国医师杂志枠稿约
中国医师杂志是卫生部主管的医学学术类科技期刊,科技部中国科技论文统计源期刊,中国科技核心期刊,中华医学会系列杂志。
具有信息量大(综合性),出版周期快(月刊),前瞻导向性强,突出实用性和可操作性等特点。
开设有述评、专题报道、论著、短篇论著、诊疗经验、病例报告、综述、读者・作者・编者等栏目。
1 撰稿要求
1・1 文稿应具有先进性、科学性、实用性,论点明确,资料可靠,文字精炼,层次清楚,数据准确,书写工整规范,必要时应做统计学处理。
论著、综述等一般不超过4000字,其它文章一般2000字左右。
1・2 医学伦理问题及知情同意 当论文的主体是以人为研究对象时,作者应说明其遵循的程序是否符合负责人体试验的委员会(单位性的、地区性的或国家性的)所制订的伦理学标准,并提供该委员会的标准文件及受试对象或其亲属的知情同意书。
1・3 文题 力求简明、醒目,能准确反映文章的主题。
尽量不使用缩略语。
一般不用标点符号。
中文文题一般以20个汉字以内为宜。
1・4 作者署名 作者姓名写在题名下,排序应在投稿时确定,在编排过程中不应再做更改;作者单位名称、邮政编码写在姓名下。
作者应是:⑴参与选题和设计,或参与资料的分析和解释者;⑵起草或修改论文中关键性理论或其他主要内容者;⑶能对编辑部的修改意见进行核修,在学术上进行答辩,并最终同意该文发表者。
以上三条均需具备。
作者中若有外籍作者,应附本人亲笔签名同意的书面材料。
1・5 摘要 论著须附中、英文摘要,篇幅200字左右,包括目的、方法、结果(应给出主要数据)及结论。
其它论文须附中文摘要,篇幅150字左右。
采用第三人称撰写,英文摘要应包括文题、全部作者姓名(汉语拼音)、第一作者工作单位名称(具体到科室)、所在城市名及邮政编码。
1・6 关键词 每篇文章需标引2~5个关键词,并按重要程度排序。
关键词尽量从美国NLM的MeSH数据库(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=mesh)中选取,其中文译名可参照中国医学科学信息研究所编译的枟医学主题词注释字顺表枠。
1・7 医学名词 医学名词应使用全国科学技术名词审定委员会公布的名词,文内名词前后要统一。
中西药名以最新版本枟中华人民共和国药典枠和枟中国药品通用名称枠(均由中国药典委员会编写)为准。
英文药物名称采用国际非专利药名,不用商品名。
1・8 计量单位 执行GB3100-3102-1993枟量和单位枠中有关量、单位和符号的规定及其书写规则,具体执行可参照中华医学会杂志社编写的枟法定计量单位在医学上的应用枠。
1・9 数字 执行GB/T15835-1995枟关于出版物上数字用法的规定枠。
公历世纪、年代、年、月、日、时刻和计数、计量均用阿拉伯数字。
对百分数范围和偏差数不能只写一个单位,如5%~50%不能写成5~50%,(50±5)mg不能写成50±5mg。
1・10 参考文献 要求引用作者亲自阅读过的,并已公开发表的文献。
执行GB/T7714-2005枟文后参考文献著录规则枠。
采用顺序编码制著录,依照其在文中出现的先后顺序用阿拉伯数字加方括号标出,排列于文末。
参考文献中的作者,1~3名全部列出,3名以上只列前3名,后加“,等”或其他与之相应的文字。
外文期刊名称用缩写,以IndexMedicus中的格式为准;中文期刊用全名。
每条参考文献均须著录起止页。
1・11 基金项目 论文所涉及的课题如取得国家或部、省级以上基金资助或属攻关项目,应脚注于文题页左下方,并附基金项目证书复印件。
1・12 统计学方法 应写明所用统计分析方法的具体名称(如成组设计资料的t检验、两因素析因设计资料的方差分析)和统计量的具体值(如t=3畅45),并尽可能给出具体P值(如P=0畅023)。
使用相对数时,分母不宜小于20。
统计学符号按GB3358-82枟统计学名词及符号枠的有关规定书写,并一律用斜体。
研究设计应交代研究设计的名称和主要做法。
如调查设计应交代前瞻性,回顾性还是横断面调查研究;实验设计应交代具体的类型,如属自身配对设计,成组设计,交叉设计,析因设计或正交设计等;临床试验设计应交代属于第几期临床试验,采用何种盲法措施,受试对象的选择标准等。
应围绕“重复、随机、对照、均衡”四条原则作概要说明。
1・13 图表 采用三横线表:⑴文章中应避免既用文字,又用图、表重复表达同一内容。
凡能用少量文字说清楚的,尽量不用图、表;⑵每个图(表)应给出图(表)题,简明扼要;⑶图样和有关图形应符合有关国家标准或专业标准的规定,图、表中的文字、数值、符号、图注等应与正文叙述保持一致;⑷图(表)应放置在正文第1次提到它的文字段后面;也可将图(表)集中绘制在另纸上,而在该放置图(表)的文字段后留2~3行空白表示其位置。
图下面紧接着标注图序、图题和图注。
1・14 缩略语 题名一般不用缩略语。
在摘要及正文中首次出现处应给出其中文全称,然后括号注出缩略语。
缩略语不得移行。
缩略语应尽量少用。
2 投稿注意事项
2・1 本刊已正式启用稿件采编系统和稿件远程处理系统。
编辑部将不再接受纸质及电子邮箱投稿,要求作者全部网络在线投稿。

2・2 投稿成功后,作者可随时点击“在线查稿”,获知该稿件的审稿情况、处理进展、审稿意见、终审结论等。
2・3 来稿首页请标明每位作者的姓名、最高学历、职称及工作单位,通信作者的姓名及其详细通讯地址、电话、传真和电子邮箱。
2・4 来稿一律文责自负。
根据枟著作权法枠,本刊对决定刊用的文稿可作文字修改、删节,凡有涉及原意的修改,则提请作者考虑。
对退修的文稿,要求作者通过电子信箱传送修改稿,原稿、修改稿打印件一并寄回本刊编辑部。
修改稿首页须注明稿件编号。
修改稿逾2个月不寄回本编辑部者,视作自动撤稿。
2・5 本刊实行以同行审稿为基础的三审制(编辑初审、专家外审、编委会终审)。
在投稿时作者须告知与该研究有关的潜在利益冲突(即:是否有经济利益或其他关系造成的利益冲突)。
审稿过程中保护作者稿件的私密权。
对不拟刊用的稿件将告知退稿意见,对稿件处理有不同意见者,作者有权申请复议,并提出申诉的文字说明。
2・6 凡来稿在接到本刊回执后3个月内未接到稿件处理通知者,系仍在审阅中。
作者如欲投他刊,请务必事先与编辑部联系。
2・7 来稿决定刊用后,由作者亲笔签署论文著作权专有许可授权书。
未经本杂志书面许可,不再授权他人以任何形式汇编、转载、出版该文的任何部分。
2・8 录用文稿打印后,编辑部将其清样寄给作者自校;请作者签名后在规定时间内寄回。
