2.This lesson is the most important part, through this part, the students can practice reading skills and know well the grammar.
3.This lesson is an article about the robots in the future, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students.

PART 4 Teaching Procedure
Step 1 Lead-in
Start a free talk with the students about: what do you think the robots will be like in the future? Several students make up one group to talk about it. This free talk is employed to warm up the students and raise the interests of the students to speak English in class on the topics they like and familiar with.
Step 2 Article Presentation
The first listening
After the teacher’s brief introduction to the article, ask the students to listen to the tape and finish the concatenations in the book.
The second listening
This time ask the students to listen to the tape carefully and fill in the blanks. Language points: (Show them on the blackboard)

Step 4 . Dialogue Drill
1.In this step, the students are required to read the article by themselves.this step is employed to make the students grasp the useful phrases and sentence pattern.
2.Let the students find out the expressions and sentence patterns about the future tense. This step is employed to give the students a deep understanding of those expressions.
Step 5 . Practice
First, show the words, phrases, and sentence patterns on the blackboard. Then , ask students use them to make their own sentences. This step is employed to make the students get a further understanding of the expressions.
Step 6. Consolidation
This step give the students 5-8 minutes to write a paragraph about the future world. After writing, the teacher ask the students to read their paragraphs and give them directions.This step is employed to ask students practice the future tense and writing ability.
Step 7. Workbook
Ex. 1 review the content of this article, the students are required to pay attention to the main idea of the article.
Ex. 2 is a writing exercise, the students are required to pay attention to the grammar and the traditional expressions.
Step 8 Homework
1.Do Ex 3a in the books. This is used to make the students have a further understand of the new words.
2. Write a short passage about the article learned. This is used to practice writing ability of the students.。
