Change the unchangeable——We ‘re on our wayGood morning ladies and gentleman, boys and girls. It’s a great honor to stand here and deliver you a speech.Today I am going to share with you my thoughts about “changing the unchangeable”.The minute I saw this title, I wondered, what is the unchangeable thing? And why will we change it?Is it our ambition and aspiration pushing us to challenge ourselves again and again? Is it the hard situation holding us back ?Is it the perpetual movement that calling for our innovation? Why do we want to change?Because we desire to be a better man.we aspire to challenge ourselves.we inspire to face the life with strong hreat and big smile.it is this spirit that encourages us to exceed ourselves and never yield to the cruel reality and obstacles.why will we ever change the unchangeable?because we never stop on the pursuit of being the master of our own life. There are so many people fighting against their situation and changing the unchangeable situation in our eyes.hellen keller, the brilliant ,outstanding author and educator, overcame all the unbelievable setbacks and strived to succeed despite her blindness and deafness.she changed the unchangeable.OprahWinfrey, suffering from tragic childhood lacking love and care, made her way to the media and rose to fame. She changed the unchangeable.if we never dare to change when we got stuck,we can never free us from that trap in life.As for me,I may not have that legendary experience to share with you.but I have my own weakness and problems.i was not a very confident person and I don’t to like changes.there was always a part of me ,being too timid to step out of my comfort zone.it might be in my characteristics and it is probably inborn.because of my timidity,I have lost so many chances to express,to demonstrate and to enhance myself.and I want to change this now.and that’s also the reason why I am standing here to voice myself.JD Houston once said,if you want something in your life you’ve never had, you’ll have to do something you’ve never done.so don’t be timid, don’t be afraid.change the unchangeable.we are on our way.Thank you very much!。

What are the “unchangeable”. Some of you might say thegender, family and so on. Well, as for me, it was a bit different.I think nothing is unchangeable. When I was a child, I was told by my parents, teachers, and society that Ishould have a good grade like perfect kids. I should have behaved like model students who never wasted time on dating. So I have to still to learn, learnand try my best tobe a “good” girl. But someday ,“this is really what I want”I ask myself. As I reflected on this question I realized that even though out-competing othersmay give me a sense of fulfillment , it could not make me get excellent .At least I always lost to those boys . They are humor pare ofthis, I was so regular. It is just like a little clumsy. It could only be countedas my last piece of vanity. So I need to change. Change the unchangeable.Learning from the past ,setting detailed goals for the future and brave stepping forward ,not fettered by the rules ofpeople-s eyes is to changing the unchangeable what the foundation is to skyscraper. Change the UnchangeableLadies and gentlemen:Good afternoon! It is my great honor to be here to talk about the topic “change the unchangable”. And I’m very glad to share some of my ideas with all of you. Most of us dreamed of changing the world when we were children. Can we really change the world? Of course, I believe we can. We can change the environment, and live a healthy life. We can change a job, and live a rich life. We can change our mood, and live a happy life. In my part, we can change everything in this world. The unchangeable begins to change when you change yourself. For one thing, everyone is unique, and i t’s difficult to change all the people. For another, everything is changeable, and everyone has the right to change himself. Many girls around me dreamed of being born in a rich family, and living a more comfortable life that many others may be jealous of. To their disappointment, they are living an ordinary life. However, they still struggle for a better life.Helen Keller was an amazing woman. She was blind, deaf, and dumb. Yet all these disabilities didn’t stop her from achieving her dreams. Helen was not a person who made excuses, she made things happen.“Where there is a will there is a way.” Helen Keller is a constantreminder that we have no reason not to believe ourselves, we can change the unchangeable. We should never give up, never lose hope, and always have faith, only in this way, can we make a bright future.Ladies and gentlemen.Let us carry the waving flag called “Faith” above our heads, and let its inspirations lift us up from where we belong. Let’s go to change. That’s all. Thanks for your listening.。

我们无法改变自己的性别,无法改变自己的身高,无法改变自己的过去,但是我们可以改变自己的未来Helen Keller was an amazing woman. She was blind, deaf, and dumb, yet that didn’t stop her from achieving her dreams. Helen was not a person who made excuses, she made things happen. She is a constant reminder that anything is possible.Despite her circumstances, Helen Keller became a world famous author, activist, and speaker. One of her many accomplishments includes being the first deaf-blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. I believe we can learn a lot from Helen.Below are 7 Life Lessons from Helen Keller:1. Go After Your Dreams“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than out right exposure.”I often tell people to go after their dreams and turn them into a reality. My skeptics would say, “That’s unrealistic,” …but what’s the point of being “realistic.” Nothing great has ever been achieved by a “realist.”Albert Einstein was not a realist, the Wright Brothers were not realists, Thomas Edison was not a realist, and Alexander Graham Bell was certainly not a realist. What is “realistic,” but the self-imposed limitations adopted from society? Take the limits off; go after your dreams. In the infamous words of Paris Hilton, “life is too short to blend in.” Chase after your dream like it’s the last bus of the night.2. You Must Have a Vision“It’s a terrible thing to see, and have no vision!”Do you have a vision, a goal, a plan, a mission for your life? Isaiah wrote, without a vision the people perish. Great leaders are always great visionaries, they have an internal picture of where their going; their fixated on their vision. What’s your vision?3. Nothing’s Impossible“We can do anything we want to do, if we stick to it long enough”The beauty of “time” is that you can accomplish just about anything if you keep at it long enough. Set your mind on what you want to accomplish, and don’t stop until you get there. The y say the usefulness of the postage stamp consists in its ability to stick to something until it getsthere. Learn from the postage stamp; stay committed to your dream until you get there.4. Experience is Priceless“Life is a succession of lessons wh ich must be lived to be understood.”Knowledge is nice, but experience is priceless. Learn from all of life’s lessons! Never be afraid to get your hands dirty by getting some first-hand experience. Only experience can bring full understanding.5. Focus on the Positive“Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.”Although we could focus on the negative things around us, it doesn’t do us much good. Helen Keller said, “Keep your face to the sunshine and you will ne ver see the shadow.” I think this is good advice. Decide to see glass as “half-full,” things are not getting worse, they’re getting better!6. Hang-out with Winners“While they were saying among themselves it cannot be done, it was done.”Winners hang-out with winners. Don’t be caught hanging-out with negative people. Negative people are like “vampires,” they suck the life from everything around them. They’re always saying “how you can’t, why you can’t, and how you’re going to fail when you try.” If you hang with these “chickens” for too long, you’ll forget that you have the ability to soar like an eagle. Decide to spend your time with those who believe the impossible is possible.7. Your Destiny is in Your Hands“What I am looking for is not "out there," it is in me”Everything you need to succeed, you already have on the inside of you. Shakespeare wrote, the fault dear Brutus, lies not in our stars that we are underlings, but in ourselves. Success is yours for the taking, but you have to believe it, and you have to be convinced that you deserve it.Thank you for reading, and the next time you think something can’t be done, remember Helen Keller.。
优秀演讲稿Change the unchangeable朱倡慧I’m going to talk about the topic “ Change the unchangeable”.As the saying goes “nothing is impossible”, that can be also said, nothing is unchangeable. On our way to success, we can meet a variety of difficulties. If we aim at achievement, we are supposed to overcome all of them. Nick Vujicic is well known to us. He was born with no limbs, but what’s incredible is that he can do almost everything by himself which includes riding, playing the drums, swimming, playing football and so forth. Through his struggle, he becomes a real man with a strong heart and positive faith. In his view, there’s nothing impossible. To struggle with obstacles and overcome the bad performance, he has also said, if you cannot create miracles, let yourself be the miracle. This really hits home not only for him and his massive miracles, but also for us and our unexplored future. We can’t simply give up what’s we’re pursuing. My brother is also a case in point. He is a student in the middle school and has good academic performance except English. Every time after taking an exam, the embarrassing English grade always made him quite upset. Therefore, he decided to spare no efforts to tackle this sort of the situation. Thus, he set down to reading English articles every morning, doing practice and reciting the word. Day after day, little by little, he improved a lot eventually. Little deal though it is, I do harvest alot from my brother, who finally changed something unchangeable for him.I just try to figure out is that, whatever we are suffering, however elaborate the situation is, as long as we try our best, we can certainly change all things unchangeable. I’m firmly convinced that if we put our heart into what we are devoted to, nothing will be unchangeable.。
外研社杯演讲比赛演讲稿篇一:Change the Unchangeable外研社杯演讲比赛演讲稿外研社杯演讲比赛2014年---- Change the unchangeable(一)Change the unchangeableGood morning, everyone. It’s my pleasure to deliver this speech here. The subject of my presentation is “change the unc hangeable”, which means try your best to make a change when stuck in an unchangeable situation. No wonder that there exists something unchangeable in our life, getting into the way of striving for what we want. There are plenty of unchangeable obstacles for us. They are serious and they are many. They will hardly be meet. But know this, my friends, they will be meet.Once you believe in yourself, the unchangeable is going to be changed.Nothing is impossible, and in a sense, nothing is unchangeable! The thing absolutely unchangeable does not exist. Sometimes, adversities seems really unchangeable for the moment, but we must realize that they can be changed in some way. Moses was a stutterer, yet he was called on to be the voice of god. As we can also see in the film “The king’s speech”, stammer is unchangeable for the king, the duke of York. But once his realized that he need to make a change and inspired by the words “to be or not to be, it is a question”, he returned to the hospital, and accepted the retreatment again. With the help of the doctor Lionel Logue, he gradually made progress and managed to get over his unchangeable physicaldisability. There are endless examples. AbrahamLincoln overcome a difficult childhood, depression, the death of two sons and the constant failure seems unchangeable to become one of the greatest presidents in America. Helen Keller made an impact on the world despite being deaf, dumb, and blind from an early age. These were the people who managed to change the unchangeable. Some of them make a change in a direct way, and others do not change the adversity unchangeable exactly, but they succeed in changing what they could do in the unchangeable situation. They changed the authoritative view the majority put on them. And this is the right way in which we can change the unchangeable. To conclude, I appeal to all of you for doubting the unchangeable and trying to change the unchangeable.(二)Change the unchangeableGood afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It is a great honor for me to be given these opportunities to deliver a speech. The subject of my presentation is change the unchangeable. One of my mottoes is “Change your thinking, change your life!” I’m a big believer that our thoughts and emotions shape our experiences. The problem is that most people aren’t aware of their negative thoughts. It’s almost like they have just become ahabit, so it seems normal to them. You think that you are a victim. In fact, you’re not a victim. So stop blaming other people or your circumstances for your problems, just because you don’t like where you are now doesn’t mean that you can’t take personal responsibility to change it for the better. So get rid of that mentality because it doesn’t help anything. Actually, it acts as an obstacle to success. Realize that you, and only you, are responsible for your destiny. Some things you can change. In fact, a lot of things you can change. You can lose weight. You can find a better job. You can go back to school. You can study hard. You can and you must change the unchangeable. You can’t believe that the past determines your future. Just because you came from a poor family, or made mistakes in the past does not mean that you can’t make your future better. If you have labeled yourself as a “failure” because of your past, then you will only continue your “failure” attit ude into the future. And if you’re heard of the self-fulfilling prophecy phenomenon, then you know that what you think, you become. So like I said in the opening paragraph: “Change your thinking, change your life!”In a word, you just make great effort; keep the right attitude, and believe that everything is possible if you try to do it.Change the unchangeable; your life will be better.(三)Change the unchangeableWhen I was about 10 years old in primary school, I believed that my future would have nothing to do with two things: music and English. Now, I play my guitar nearly every day and in the near future I will be hosting an English salon.Changing the unchangeable seemed to be a mission impossible to me at first sight, but then it dawned on me that to say whether one thing is unchangeable or not is sometimes quite a personal judgment. It might be our fear, indecisiveness or carelessness that prevent us from finding the solutions. We are just sometimes too used to the settled plans, customs and routines that we fail to come up with the idea of making changes. To change the unchangeable is just like to give a good speech on the stage that the priority isalways to jump out of the box and see the things from different perspectives.Impassioned speechLandmarkOn Friday, first lady Michelle Obama gave an impassioned speech on diversity to high school graduates in Topeka, Kansas, where the landmarkBrown v. Board of Education case started.周五,在堪萨斯州托皮卡市,美国第一夫人米歇尔·奥巴马就高中毕业生多样化发展作了激情的演讲。
Change the unchangeable
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.I feel very honored to be here to give my speech. The subject of my speech today is”Change the unchangeable”,which co nfused me when I first read it,because “the unchangeable” means something cannot be changed at al l.Why should we try to change things that can’t be changed?
We can think from a basic question——what’s the unchangeable in human’s life?Appearance, family background, physical disability, and the truth that everyone will get old and die,and so on.No wonder that there exists something unchangeable in our life, getting into the way of striving for what we want.
But,does it mean we have no we to deal with the unchangeable obstacles? The answer is absolutely NO.It might be our fears, indecisiveness or carelessness that prevent us from finding the solution.
I guess many friends here have read a famous sentence by Denis Waltley------Change the changeable, accept the unchangeable, and remove yourself from the unchangeable. What this remark tries to illustrate is that what we need to change is not the fact itself, but the attitude toward them and the way to rise from the valley bottom.
Yes,we can’t change ugly face because we are not the children of god,but we can wear a fascinating smile, keep a perfect figure to beautify ourselves.Yes,we can’t change the length of our life, but we can do more meaningful work to expand the width of life.Yes,we can’t change our family background, but we can create a more comfortable condition for our family with our own hands. We must keep in mind that there is no despairate situation, but only despairate people.
I don’t know how many of you have seen the film”The King’s Speech”.Stammer is unchangeable for the king, the duke of York. But once he realized that he need to make a change and inspired by the words”To be or not to be,it is a question”,he return ed to the hospital, and accepted the retreatment again.Lucky enough,he gradually made progress and managed to get over his unchangeable physical disability.
Obviously enough,we must decide to make a change whatever improvements we are longing for. Some changeable issues can be changed in a direct way,but we can’t ignore unchangeable ones.
Ladies and gentlemen, when we meet unchangeable obstacles,it is no use complainting fates,it is no use escaping from problems.Of course,it is no use crying. You can’t control what happens to you,but you can control your attitude toward them and be flexible to carve outa new way for yourself, and in tha t,you’ll be mastering fate rather than allowing it to master you.
I believe, many years later,it’s fascinating to see how you’ve changed the unchangeable and made the impossible possible.。
