Unit 1 May I Speak to Kitty?单元总目标：本单元首先让学生根据各自的生活经验来观察、移动电话在生活中的应用，从而引入怎样用英语打电话，即电话用语教学，以及怎样合理使用手机的话题。

教学重难点：重点：电话用语难点：怎样在话题讨论中锻炼学生的语用能力及与人沟通的能力。

通过学习，使学生能在打电话情境中学会使用电话用语与人进行交流。

课时安排：本单元的教学共分3课时。

第一课时Part A。

第二课时Part B 。

第三课时Part C。

知识目标：一、能听、说、读、写词汇：mobile phone, make a phone call, go on the Internet, send a message, read an e-book, send an e-mail。

二、能听懂、会说、会读、会用下列句型：1. —Hello, may I speak to…?—Sorry, … is out. This is …speaking. Can I take a message?— Sure.2. —Hello! Is that…?—Yes. This is… spea king. Who is that?3. I won’t use it to go on the Internet or read e-books.I’ll only use it to make phone calls and learn English.情感目标：一、引导学生认识移动电话在生活中的作用，并懂得如何合理使用手机。

3.通过听录音，回答问题等方式来理解课文，通过角色扮演，小组合作的方式来练习读课文。

4. 能通过图片认读的方式来学习认读单词a telephone, a cell phone, a pay phone.5. 开展“角色扮演”活动，进行对话创编。

（三）情感态度价值观目标:要让学生了解电话用语，并能掌握电话用语。

教学重难点：（一）重点：1. 能够听、说、读、写小火车单词：may, speak, 并通过课文的学习来进一步理解这两个单词。

2. 能正确理解功能句：May I speak to Kitty? It's Alice.及其答语Speaking.3.能正确理解课文，流利地朗读课文。

4. 理解story time的故事内容，并能回答相应的问题。

5.能够正确并顺利完成有关此课的目标检测内容。

（二）难点：1. 本课中出现一个过去式get-got，学生应能体会为何此处用过去时态。
