系统参数设置
电视墙序号(ID)设置方法一: 步骤1、使用拼接单元选配的遥控器进入“用户菜单”;(遥控接收头接在第1个拼接单元的RS232OutA或OutB接口,非RS232In接口)步骤2、进入“高级设置”—》拼接设置,根据拼接单元安装的位置,设置相应的电视墙序号。
方法二:使用LCDWall控制软件,进入系统设置—》系统调整,设置对应的电视墙序号,步骤见下图。

In order to use the products well, please read this manual carefully before using.The splicing LCD products, which adopt the unique design of the embedded structure, can accept a variety of image signal sources as inputs to directly drive the full range of large-size LCD screens. After the segmentation and amplification, the real-time will be displayed on the splicing screen wall without distortion image. The processing is very simple for it is realized totally by hardware, without computers and software. The picture is natural, smooth and fine quality, without delay and tail phenomenon. It is supported up to 15 by 15 splicing LCD.The processor of the splicing LED image uses many sophisticated techniques such as the motion detection and compensation algorithm, interpolation algorithm, edge smoothing and clutter suppression technique etc. With the help of circuit units, such as 3D video luminance and chrominance separation unit, 3D progressive processing and frame rate normalized conversion unit, and the 3D digital signal noise reduction unit, it can convert the interlaced scanning video signals of ordinary PAL/NTSC into high-definition television and computer image signals with high quality and high resolution, which is of progressive scanning.The processor of the splicing LED image, which supports and displays the inputs of computer image signals, can achieve up to 1920 by 1080 high resolution outputs of WUXGA. It also supports the full range of large-size LCD screens.The processor of the splicing LED image can also support multiple video sources, and make a display on the different screens at the same time. The user can select one of the video sources or RGB signals to magnify N by M times of the original image, and then display on the screen wall to realize the large-screen splicing display.II. Points for Attention○ To avoid fire, high temperature and collision; also avoid the rain or humid places.○ In the process of debugging or use, improper operation may cause damage to the equipment.○ This device can be used continuously.○Do not switch frequently when in use, and do not rap the equipment. The behaviors mentioned above may cause equipment damage or accelerate the aging of the equipment.○ Do it gently.III. Safety InstructionsCleanness---- clean it with a soft cloth, do not use alcohol and any other chemical solution.V oltage---- the device uses the standard 110V-240V AC power. Energy consumption---- depends on the model of the LCD screens that are driven. The total power is less than 300W. Common Fault HandlingWhen the fault occurs, please cut off the power supply immediately. Please do not attempt to disassemble the machine to repair by yourself, which may cause a further damage. Address settings for the splicing controller (setting ID)System settings---- sequence number (setting ID) changes: each equipment’s original serial number is “1”, the users can set the screen sequences according to their own needs. Administrator users can go into the "curtain wall settings" to fill in the corresponding target sequence numbers according to each screen machine’s code,then click “modify”to complete modification of the serial number of the screens (Note: this function will read the screen machine’s code and modify the corresponding serial number of the screens when modification). (Note: the "system settings" button can only be operated when inputting the administrator password. The remote controller can only be used in the multimedia channel. The default administrator password is 111111, which can be modified. Please keep the new password in mind when modified)3. Single machine operation:Fig. 4 is showing the relative optionsYou can choose a single or multiple splicing units to set on/off of the unit(s), and you can also right click the mouse to set the input signal, or click on the "image freezing" to freeze the current image, and click again to cancel the freezing.Fig. 44. Splicing operationSplicing operation is as shown in Fig. 5. For multiple splicing units, 2 by 2 for example, after selecting the 4 screen, select the signal source in the signal sources, click the "execute" button to complete the splicing. You also can click on the "image freezing" to freeze the current image, and click again to cancel the freezing.After splicing, there will be physical seams between the units, you can select the "eliminate the border" and set up corresponding values to realize the image coherence (Note: the frame value is set according to the physical frame of the screen. For example: the length of the LTI460HA03 frame is 10mm, and the value should be set to 10). Select: Matrix linkage, and select the matrix input channel2). Select the matrix type and configure the matrix ID(Note: different matrix selection has the different time delay)7.Scene defaultThe scene default is shown in Fig. 6.It supports to save 16 kinds of scene modes, whose names can be modified. Select the mode to be saved, then click "save mode", and the model is saved. The "call mode" can call the users saved mode. The polling mode of the scenes can be started according to users needs.Fig. 68. System settingsClick system settings, see Fig.7.(Note: only the administrator can access the settings, password: 111111)In this menu, the two options of Video and VGA are set by different signal sources; and each of the settings in the splicing unit will display correspondingly.1). Color adjustmentThe buttons of "brightness", "contrast", "chrominance", "could", "tone", "one key color correction" can be adjusted when selecting Video.When choose VGA, you can only adjust the "brightness", "contrast", and "one key color correction" buttons. See Fig. 7.2). Geometry adjustment:When choose the Video, you can adjust the "horizontal position/size" and "vertical position/size". When choose VGA, the "clock", "phase", "horizontal position" and "vertical position" can be adjusted. See Fig.8.Fig. 83). Color temperature adjustment:When choose Video/VGA, you can adjust the colors of red, green and blue. See Fig.9.4). System adjustmentIn this menu, you can adjust solidified software on the machine, including the backlight brightness adjustment, the no-signal blue/black mode, the software upgrade, and the automatic adjustment function the VGA location/color. See Fig. 10.Fig.10Terms interpretation:Backlight brightness: it is used to adjust the brightness of LCD lamp, and has nothing to do with signals.Automatic adjustment of the VAG color: if the value is caught incorrectly in the VGA state, the display color is not normal. Now you can click this button to catch it again, it can be repeatedly clicked (Note: it is used when single screen display of the splicing unit).No-signal blue screen: when you click on this button, the no-signal blue mode is on. If there is no signal, the screen displays blue. When signal is connected, it will display normally.No-signal black screen: when you click on this button, the no-signal black mode is on. If there is no signal, the screen displays black. When signal is connected, it will display normally (Note: this function is practical in some special occasions such as at night time).Reset: you can click this button to restore the machine to original state when your settings are in chaos (Note: do not reset unless you get the permission from the manufacturer)Change of the curtain address (i.e. splicing control box address): all the splicing control boxes addresses are originally set to “1”, the users can set the addresses according to their own needs. Firstly to display the screen machine codes, as shown inthe bottom of the screen (see Fig.11 and Fig.12), then set the corresponding addresses, click “modify” to complete the changes.Fig. 11 Machine code Fig. 12 Machine code and screen address 6). Fill the machine code and the screen address displayed in the control software into the corresponding boxes and then click “modify” to finish it. All the default addresses of the display screen are “001”.For example, in the 2 by 2 splicing screen, the machine code 15569 is showing for the fourth screen counted from left to right by column, as shown in Figure 11. When you put the 15569 into the frame, the address box of the curtain wall has been changed into 4, click “m odify” to finish it, and then close it to go on for the next one.Software upgrade: copy the software MERGE.bin from the relevant personnel of our company to the root directory of a USB drive, do not change the file’s name, then insert the USB drive into the USB interface, click “software upgrade”, the screen will turn into blue, and you can see the update progress of the software in the upper right corner. At the same time, the power indicator light will flash green/orange alternately. It will automatically reboot after the upgrade is completed (Note: during the upgrade process, do not power off or pull out the USB drive, otherwise it will damage the machine).7). Fan adjustmentIn this menu, you can control the fan with "off", "intelligence" and "maximum" temperature, see Fig. 14.Fig. 14Operation mode of the fan: “off”----the fan is not running; “intelligent” ----the fan will be automatically open when above the designated temperature, and the speed will also be automatically adjusted; “maximum”----the fan will be an open state all the time, and has nothing to do with the temperature.Fan starting temperature: select the appropriate temperature and the fan operation mode, click the “set” to take effect (Note: please choose “intelligent” in any case)8)Screen parameter settings9). System1. 适用产品本手册适用于型号为DS-D2A461LU、DS-D2A491LU 、DS-D2A551LU的LCD液晶拼接显示单元。
液晶拼接屏的使用方法的不当,会对其性能造成一定的影响,情况严重的甚至会损坏其内部元器件,对其造成不可逆转的损失,所以选择正确的方法使用液晶拼接屏非常的重要。
但是,如何正确使用液晶拼接屏呢?下面是酷彩为大家整理的液晶拼接屏使用操作手册,希望能够帮助到大家,一起来看看吧~1避免长时间显示同一画面。
我们都知道,液晶拼接屏需要长时间连续不间断的工作,但是如果其显示屏幕长时间的显示同一画面的话,那么就有可能对屏幕造成一定的影响,严重的时候甚至会在屏幕上留下坏点,所以在使用液晶拼接屏的时候要尽量避免长时间显示同一画面。
2环境温度过低或过高时停止使用液晶拼接屏。
液晶拼接屏的工作温度为-20-50摄氏度之间,如果最低气温比-20摄氏度要低或者是比50度要高的时候我们要停止使用它,不然会损坏其内部的元器件。
3做好防潮工作。
液晶拼接屏属于电子产品,其内部的元器件都是属于非常精密的元件,如果周围的湿度太高了的话,那么就有可能会导致其内部的元件上潮,可能会导致电路烧坏或者是短路现象。
所以在安装的时候要把它安装在干燥的地方,在其周围也要放上防潮剂。
4非专业人员不要拆卸液晶拼接屏。
液晶拼接屏断电后,其内部的变压器中仍存在着高达上千伏的电压,如果没有专业的知识,会有一定的危险,而且容易破坏其内部的线路以及元件。

In order to use the products well, please read this manual carefully before using.The splicing LCD products, which adopt the unique design of the embedded structure, can accept a variety of image signal sources as inputs to directly drive the full range of large-size LCD screens. After the segmentation and amplification, the real-time will be displayed on the splicing screen wall without distortion image. The processing is very simple for it is realized totally by hardware, without computers and software. The picture is natural, smooth and fine quality, without delay and tail phenomenon. It is supported up to 15 by 15 splicing LCD.The processor of the splicing LED image uses many sophisticated techniques such as the motion detection and compensation algorithm, interpolation algorithm, edge smoothing and clutter suppression technique etc. With the help of circuit units, such as 3D video luminance and chrominance separation unit, 3D progressive processing and frame rate normalized conversion unit, and the 3D digital signal noise reduction unit, it can convert the interlaced scanning video signals of ordinary PAL/NTSC into high-definition television and computer image signals with high quality and high resolution, which is of progressive scanning.The processor of the splicing LED image, which supports and displays the inputs of computer image signals, can achieve up to 1920 by 1080 high resolution outputs of WUXGA. It also supports the full range of large-size LCD screens.The processor of the splicing LED image can also support multiple video sources, and make a display on the different screens at the same time. The user can select one of the video sources or RGB signals to magnify N by M times of the original image, and then display on the screen wall to realize the large-screen splicing display.II. Points for Attention○ To avoid fire, high temperature and collision; also avoid the rain or humid places.○ In the process of debugging or use, improper operation may cause damage to the equipment.○ This device can be used continuously.○Do not switch frequently when in use, and do not rap the equipment. The behaviors mentioned above may cause equipment damage or accelerate the aging of the equipment.○ Do it gently.III. Common Fault HandlingWhen the fault occurs, please cut off the power supply immediately. Please do not attempt to disassemble the machine to repair by yourself, which may cause a further damage. You can follow the steps below, if you still can not solve the problem, pleasecontact your local dealer or professional repairing personnel. Administrator users can go into the "curtain wall settings" to fill in the corresponding target sequence numbers according to each screen machine’s code,then click “modify”to complete modification of the serial number of the screens (Note: this function will read the screen machine’s code and modify the corresponding serial number of the screens when modification). (Note: the "system settings" button can only be operated when inputting the administrator password. The remote controller can only be used in the multimedia channel. The default administrator password is 111111, which can be modified. Please keep the new password in mind when modified)3. Single machine operation:Fig. 4 is showing the relative optionsYou can choose a single or multiple splicing units to set on/off of the unit(s), and you can also right click the mouse to set the input signal, or click on the "image freezing" to freeze the current image, and click again to cancel the freezing.Fig. 44. Splicing operationSplicing operation is as shown in Fig. 5. For multiple splicing units, 2 by 2 for example, after selecting the 4 screen, select the signal source in the signal sources, click the "execute" button to complete the splicing. You also can click on the "image freezing" to freeze the current image, and click again to cancel the freezing.After splicing, there will be physical seams between the units, you can select the "eliminate the border" and set up corresponding values to realize the image coherence (Note: the frame value is set according to the physical frame of the screen. For example: the length of the LTI460HA03 frame is 10mm, and the value should be set to 10). Select: Matrix linkage, and select the matrix input channel2). Select the matrix type and configure the matrix ID(Note: different matrix selection has the different time delay)7.Scene defaultThe scene default is shown in Fig. 6.It supports to save 16 kinds of scene modes, whose names can be modified. Select the mode to be saved, then click "save mode", and the model is saved. The "call mode" can call the users saved mode. The polling mode of the scenes can be started according to users needs.Fig. 68. System settingsClick system settings, see Fig.7.(Note: only the administrator can access the settings, password: 111111)In this menu, the two options of Video and VGA are set by different signal sources; and each of the settings in the splicing unit will display correspondingly.1). Color adjustmentThe buttons of "brightness", "contrast", "chrominance", "could", "tone", "one key color correction" can be adjusted when selecting Video.When choose VGA, you can only adjust the "brightness", "contrast", and "one key color correction" buttons. See Fig. 7.2). Geometry adjustment:When choose the Video, you can adjust the "horizontal position/size" and "vertical position/size". When choose VGA, the "clock", "phase", "horizontal position" and "vertical position" can be adjusted. See Fig.8.Fig. 83). Color temperature adjustment:When choose Video/VGA, you can adjust the colors of red, green and blue. See Fig.9.4). System adjustmentIn this menu, you can adjust solidified software on the machine, including the backlight brightness adjustment, the no-signal blue/black mode, the software upgrade, and the automatic adjustment function the VGA location/color. See Fig. 10.Fig.10Terms interpretation:Backlight brightness: it is used to adjust the brightness of LCD lamp, and has nothing to do with signals.Automatic adjustment of the VAG color: if the value is caught incorrectly in the VGA state, the display color is not normal. Now you can click this button to catch it again, it can be repeatedly clicked (Note: it is used when single screen display of the splicing unit).No-signal blue screen: when you click on this button, the no-signal blue mode is on. If there is no signal, the screen displays blue. When signal is connected, it will display normally.No-signal black screen: when you click on this button, the no-signal black mode is on. If there is no signal, the screen displays black. When signal is connected, it will display normally (Note: this function is practical in some special occasions such as at night time).Reset: you can click this button to restore the machine to original state when your settings are in chaos (Note: do not reset unless you get the permission from the manufacturer)Change of the curtain address (i.e. splicing control box address): all the splicing control boxes addresses are originally set to “1”, the users can set the addresses according to their own needs. Firstly to display the screen machine codes, as shown inthe bottom of the screen (see Fig.11 and Fig.12), then set the corresponding addresses, click “modify” to complete the changes.Fig. 11 Machine code Fig. 12 Machine code and screen address 6). Fill the machine code and the screen address displayed in the control software into the corresponding boxes and then click “modify” to finish it. All the default addresses of the display screen are “001”.For example, in the 2 by 2 splicing screen, the machine code 15569 is showing for the fourth screen counted from left to right by column, as shown in Figure 11. When you put the 15569 into the frame, the address box of the curtain wall has been changed into 4, click “m odify” to finish it, and then close it to go on for the next one.Software upgrade: copy the software MERGE.bin from the relevant personnel of our company to the root directory of a USB drive, do not change the file’s name, then insert the USB drive into the USB interface, click “software upgrade”, the screen will turn into blue, and you can see the update progress of the software in the upper right corner. At the same time, the power indicator light will flash green/orange alternately. It will automatically reboot after the upgrade is completed (Note: during the upgrade process, do not power off or pull out the USB drive, otherwise it will damage the machine).7). Fan adjustmentIn this menu, you can control the fan with "off", "intelligence" and "maximum" temperature, see Fig. 14.Fig. 14Operation mode of the fan: “off”----the fan is not running; “intelligent” ----the fan will be automatically open when above the designated temperature, and the speed will also be automatically adjusted; “maximum”----the fan will be an open state all the time, and has nothing to do with the temperature.Fan starting temperature: select the appropriate temperature and the fan operation mode, click the “set” to take effect (Note: please choose “intelligent” in any case)8)Screen parameter settings9). Registration: click “registration”VI. Line Order of RJ45 Transfer InterfaceRJ45 RS-232。
1,打开拼接控制器,双击桌面上的图标,如下图:2,打开之后进入登录界面,用户名是 ADMIN,口令为空,点击“确定”即可进入软件。
3,进入软件主界面,如下图。
软件分为 3 个模块,菜单栏分别是“处理器”,“主功能区”和“工具”。
4,首先,选择“主功能区”下“通讯”设置。
打开“通讯设置”,若是选用 NET 连接,点击“选用 NET 连接”,设备默认的 IP 地址是 192.168.1.65,端口号是 1024。
若是串口连接的话,点击“选用 COM 连接”,选用正确的 COM 口,波特率默认情况下为 9600。
选择完之后,点击“确定”。
(电脑的串口察看,右键计算机属性,选设备管理器,)则COM20为本计算的端口号。
5,设置完通讯参数,点击菜单中的“连接处理器”以连接设备。
如下图。
6,通迅成功后点“拼接”物理屏幕选 3*4,分辨率为1366*768,,拼接墙只选拼接墙1就可以了。
7,信号源管理,当通迅成功后,信号源中的信号源会表成绿色,表示有信号接入,灰色表色无信号接入。
8;单击某一信号源,然后在窗口拖动,即可显示该信号源,拖动窗口四边,即可改变大小及方位。
5,预案管理:,当设置好整体的屏幕图像后,可以点击“保存”,保存当前的预案,如果要调用某一预案,可以选中后点击“打开”,6,屏幕控的开关屏,点击“开屏”后屏幕在5-6秒后打开,不用重复点击,点“关闭后立即会关闭”但不要立刻关闭电源,需等风扇停止后再断开电源,不然屏体过热,容易损坏。
若以上操作都可正常显示,图像正常,则不必更改以下的设置1,屏软件在随机配送的光盘里,找到安装文件夹,点击图标运行。
出现程序操作界面:根据安装软件版本不同,上图示例中的界面及其容可能会存在某些差别,可咨询我们的相关的售后服务人员。

液晶拼接显示单元采用独特的嵌入式结构设计,可接受各种图像信号源输入,并经分割、放大后,实时无失真地在各种大屏幕图像拼接墙体上显示。
处理过程完全硬件化, 不需要电脑和启动软件等操作,非常简便。
画面无延时,无拖尾现象, 自然流畅,画质细腻,最大支持15X15的拼接组合。
液晶拼接显示单元采用了运动侦测与补偿运算、内插运算、边缘平滑处理及杂波信号抑制等尖端处理技术,其3D视频亮色分离电路单元, 3D的逐行处理及帧频归一转化电路单元, 3D数字信号降噪单元,可将普通PAL/NTSC 隔行扫描视频信号采集变为逐行扫描的,高画质、高分辨率的高清电视和计算机图像信号。
液晶拼接显示单元支持计算机图像信号输入及其显示,可实现1920x1080高分辨率WUXGA 输入。
液晶拼接显示单元可以支持多路不同的视频源,同时显示在不同的屏幕上,使用者也可选择一路视频源或RGB信号放大至原始图像的N×M倍,在由显示单元组成的墙体上实现大屏幕拼接显示。

现像处理方法不开机(电源指示灯不亮)1、检查电源线是否有损坏,2、电源是否已接入市电,3、确认电源已打开,4、电源开关是否损坏,5:保险是否熔断,所有拼接单元不受控1、检查拼接软件的端口设置是否正确,2、检查串口线是否有损坏,与产品和PC的接口是否接触良好,3、检查PC的串口是否有问题,可换一台PC测试,4、拼接单元的地址是否设置正确,参见地址设置。

其它设备:鼠标器(2)开始系统系统运行前,确保下列连线正常:1:运行本软件的计算机的RS232线已正确连接至控制器。
2:相关控制器的信号线,电源线已连接正确;系统运行步骤:1:打开控制器电源,控制电源指示灯将亮起。
绿色,代表处于开机运行状态;橙色代表待机状态。
2. 运行本软件找到控制软件文件夹,点击大屏控制软件.exe运行。
出现程序操作界面:根据安装软件版本不同,上图示例中的界面及其内容可能会存在某些差别,可咨询我们的相关的售后服务人员。
上图中用蓝色字体标出操作界面的各部分的功能说明:1. 菜单区:一些相关的菜单功能选择执行区。
2. 操作区:每一个方格单元代表对应的控制屏幕,可以通过鼠标或键盘的点选,拖拉的方式选择相应控制单元。
3.功能区:包含常用的功能按钮。
4.用户标题区:用户可根据本身要求,更改界面上的标题显示5.用户图片区:用户可根据本身要求,更改界面上的图片显示,比如公司或工程相关LOGO 图片。
6.附加功能区:根据版本不同有不同的附加项目。
7.状态区:显示通讯口状态,操作权限状态,和当前的本机时间,日期等。
(3)如何开始使用1. 通讯设置单击主菜单中“系统配置”――>“通讯配置”选择正确的通讯端口号,系统才能正常工作。
可以设置打开程序时自动打开串口。
注:建议至少使用两个串口,例如:拼接器用一个,矩阵共同用一个。
2.系统配置用户名称:定义用户操作界面的用户标题显示,您可以根据需求自由更改拼接形式:选择和您的屏幕墙一致的拼接形式,如3X3 ,4X6等用户标志图片:定义用户操作界面的用户图片显示,您可以根据需求自由更改点击确定,上述定义将被保存。
矩阵配置:选用使用矩阵的型号和设置地址矩阵对应关系:是大屏位置对应的矩阵输出通道例如:大屏第一块屏对应矩阵第一通道输出,以此类推矩阵起始地址:部分矩阵用不到此功能,一般都不用设置矩阵地址:是用来设置矩阵地址,如果地址不知道,请联系矩阵厂家响应时间:即矩阵和拼接器命令之间的时间间隔时间:即矩阵命令之间的时间(4)拼接操作1.如状态栏的串口状态不死打开状态,请在功能区点击“打开串口”按钮,成功打开后,即可以进行拼接操作。
2. 选择信号类型,请跟据您的系统来选择:VIDEO,RGB,3. 如配有矩阵,需要在矩阵联动打√可以选择要显示的矩阵输出的通道。
具体设置参照矩阵说明。
4. 选择拼接区域以上图为例,系统是6X6矩阵,需要将坐标(2,2)-(4,4)区域拼接成一个3X3的大屏显示。
信号类型是”VIDEO”,矩阵通道为1。
按一下范例操作:1.首先鼠标移至(2,2)坐标方框格,按下左键,然后保持按下状态,鼠标移至(4,4)坐标方框格,然后松开左键,蓝色区域即选定拼接区域。
2.确认型号类型为“VIDEO”,矩阵通道为“2”,点击“执行”按钮。
