摘要

采购是企业经营的核心环节，在企业的产品开发，质量保证、整体供应链及经营管理中都起着极其重要的作用。

现代采购管理是企业为达到日常运作与战略目标，对企业采购活动进行的管理。其一，它是一个企业内部供应链的开始，同时又是企业与企业之间供应链的桥梁；其二，采购管理不仅是企业组织生产的先决条件，而且也渐渐成为提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段。因此对于企业降低成本，提高运作效率，增强竞争力都有着重要的作用。本文在分析企业所处的经营环境与竞争模式的基础上，探讨了采购方式出现的成因，以及采购方式的普及，传统采购方式的落后是必然的，因为社会是在进步中的，出现了越来越多的新型采购方案，结合现在的网络平台，那么让采购方和供应方的联系变得紧密，也不会担心出现任何产品上的问题，也可以大大节约了库房的使用，做到要货发货，到货卖出，不留存货，随要随卖。

Comparative analysis with traditional procurement of modern

procurement

ABSTRACT

Procurement is the core business process, in the enterprise product development, quality assurance, the whole supply chain and management plays a very important role.

Procurement of modern enterprise management is to achieve the daily operations and strategic objectives, to the enterprise procurement management. Firstly, it is an enterprise interior supply chain, but also between the enterprise and enterprise supply chain bridge; secondly, the procurement management of enterprise is not only the prerequisite of production organization, and has gradually become the important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, for enterprises to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, enhance competition ability to having main effect.Based on the analysis of the enterprise's management environment and competition pattern based on, discusses ways of procurement, and procurement mode of popular, traditional procurement mode behind is inevitable, because the society is in progress, there are more and more new procurement programme, now with the network platform, so let procurement and supply side of the

contact become close, is not afraid of any production problems, but also can greatly save the storehouse use, do to cargo shipments, goods sold, leaving no inventory, along with should follow to sell.
