除湿时,压缩机根据预设频率运行,默认80%;送风机的风速是60%(可调),当然如果除湿温度过低,电加热会打开,进行温度的补偿,达到控制湿度的目的。
5.2.室内风机控制根据冷通道远端温度比例调节风速,如NTC都存在且正常,制冷时以温度高的NTC来控制,制热时以温度低的NTC来控制,只有这2个NTC温差超过1℃时,才需要切换;如果只有1个NTC正常,以这个NTC来控制。
除湿时根据预设固定风速运行,默认60%。

1.1型号多HIMOD空调有多种不同的型号,采用风冷却的A型,水冷却的W型,双冷源的H型和D型(机组即可以自身制冷又可以采用其他冷源),免制冷C型。
各种型号空调均有多种送风方式。
海悟8匹精密空调按装教程
1、吊装内机的时候,内机离房顶距离不得小于1公分,避免机器运行时与墙顶产生共振,内机吊装需考虑千分之五的坡度,接冷凝水的一侧要稍微低一些,避免冷凝水排不出去。
2、安装完内机即可安装冷媒铜管,这是中央空调安装过程中最重要的一个环节。
3、这是焊接完成后必须对铜管进行的压力测试,往铜管内充入一定压力的氮气进行保压。
4、冷凝水管从内机接出后至室外或地漏,至少保持大于百分之一的坡度。
质量较高的安装则是从室内机接出后,就近落地,最后会同其他冷凝水管一起接出室外或地漏。
5、安装外机的时候做到外机风扇出风口必须在50公分内无遮挡物,所有落地脚必须安装减震垫,保证外机运转正常。
6、外机安装完毕后需要对冷媒管进行抽真空,把管内的空气抽出,保持管内干燥、无水分。
7、上述工作完成后,可以开启冷媒阀,释放出外机内自带的冷媒,开机测试并检测压力,适当进行补充,直至调试完成达到理想工作状态后即可。

智能控制技术
机组标配RS485智能通讯接口,并且兼容Modbus协议和电总协
议(YD/T1363.3)。
通过智能通讯接口,机组可接入动环监控、DCIM、BMS、远程监控系统等。
网络访问:机组可选配TCP/IP通讯卡,实现SNMP协议通讯和通
过网络IP地址直接访问的功能。
无缝接入物联网:机组采用了具备微处理器的智能控制器,可作
为智能终端向上接入物联网。
先进的负载跟随技术:通过采集每个设备的数据来实时监控整个
机房的热负荷的变化情况并预测其变化趋势,控制投入运行的机组数量,实现整个机房的总制冷量输出跟随负载变化的功能。
快速组网
同一机房内的多台机组可以通过简单的连接建立控制器间的专
有网络,从而组成一整套系统,该系统选择其中任意一台机组的控制
