常用海运贸易术语三个常用海运贸易术语的比较(FOB、 CIF 、CFR)它们的共同点是:1、都只适用于海运和内河航运,不适用于其他的运输方式。
2、交货地点都是在装运港,即卖方是在装运港完成交货。
尤其要注意CIF术语,是在装运港交货,而不是在目的港。
3、风险转移的界限都一样,都是在装运港货物越过船眩风险由出口方转给进口方。
4、都是象征性交货。
不同点有二:1、双方在运输和保险上的分工不同。
FOB 术语中是进口方负责运输与保险,CIF是出口方负责运输与保险, CFR是出口人负责运输,进口人负责保险。
2、货物的价格构成不同。
FOB只是成本价格,CIF是“货物成本价+保险费+运费”价格, CFR是“货物成本价+运费”价格。
DDU条款是指:“未完税交货(……指定目的地)”是指卖方在指定的目的地将货物交给买方处置,不办理进口手续,也不从交货的运输工具上将货物卸下,即完成交货。
卖方应承担将货物运至指定的目的地的一切风险和费用,不包括在需要办理海关手续时在目的地国进口应交纳的任何“税费”(包括办理海关手续的责任和风险,以及交纳手续费、关税、税款和其他费用)。
买方必须承担此项“税费”和因其未能及时输货物进口清关手续而引起的费用和风险。
但是,如果双方希望卖方办理海关手续并承担由此发生的费用和风险,以及在货物进口时应支付的一此费用,则应在销售合同中明确写明。
该术语适用于各种运输方式,但当货物在目的港船上或码头交货时,应使用D ES或DEQ术语。

B如果走散货出口的话,中间有个CFS,所谓的拼箱费,也是需要SHIPPER 承担的。
C.AMS, 北美航线特有的舱单录入费($25)可以到付也可以预付,但因为都是在装运港这边先做预申报,也一般都是由SHIPPER 来承担。
中间指定货代会收一个HANDLING FEE,所谓的操作费,这个也必须是SHIPPER支付的,毕竟指定货代付出了劳动,取得相应的报酬也是应该的,附指定船公司开操作FO B货的话就不会产生HANDLING FEE.D 其他等名目众多的费用,都是跟着运费走.BAF-- Bunker Adjustment Factor 燃油附加费CAF-- Currency Adjustment Factor 货币贬值附加费随月变动PCS-- Port Congestion Surcharge 港口拥挤附加费LISISPS(安检费或反恐费($10每柜))*************************各航线运杂费基本构成:1 北美(含墨西哥)航线:ORC+AMS+DOC+(ISPS)+(TLX)夏威夷群岛的火奴鲁鲁,N YK有服务到此地点.2 中美洲,加勒比海和南美西航线:ORC+DOC+(TLX)3 南美西主要是哥伦比亚,秘鲁,厄瓜多尔,玻利维亚和智利这几个国家,加勒比海有的港口需要附加AMS,大部分都不需要。
4 南美东航线(主要是巴西,阿根廷,巴拉圭和乌拉圭这几个国家):THC+DOC+(T LX)5 澳洲航线:THC+DOC+(TLX)包括新西兰和南太平洋群岛的很多偏点,如斐济群岛等。
6 欧地北非黑海航线:BAF+CAF+DOC+ISPS+SCS欧基和地西,地东航线的BAF都是不一致的,以色列那边经常会有WRS,所谓的战险费,北非利比亚的各港口经常会有LIS,所谓的物流平衡费,PCS,港口拥挤费,北非的码头经常会出现,SCS,苏伊士运河费,新出的,所有经过该运河的航线都要附加此附加费!7 中东印巴红海航线:THC+DOC+(TLX)红海航线(主要是苏丹的PORT SUDAN,埃及的SOKHNA,沙特的JEDDAH)只有APL和PIL是附加THC,其他船公司都把它当作北非航线,很多其他船公司都要附加ORC。
一:海运船舶的十种经营方式1. 班轮运输〔Liner/ai/ Transport〕船舶沿固定的航线,经固定的港口,按事先公布的固定船期运输货物,按事先公布的费率收取运费的船舶运输方式。
货物由承运人负责配载装卸,运价中已经包含货物的装卸费用,承运人和托运人双方不计滞期费和速遣费。
由于定时、定线、定港、定价,所以班轮运输的不确定性相对小。
为了保证船期,班轮的船舶一般设备齐全,船况较好。
在班轮停靠的码头都有班轮公司自己的专用码头,货运质量有保证。
货物一般为小额贸易货物,现在多为集装箱作为运输单元,提单是主要的运输单证。
2. 租船运输〔Shipping by Chartering/a/〕租船运输又称不定期船运输,没有预定的船期表、航线、港口,船舶按租船人和船东双方签订的租船合同规定的条款完成运输效劳。
根据协议,船东将船舶出租给租船人使用,完成特定的货运任务,并按商定运价收取运费。
采用租船运输的货物主要是低价值的大宗货物,例如煤炭、矿砂、粮食、化肥、水泥、木材、石油等。
一般都是整船装运,运量大,租船运输的运量占全部海上货运量的80%左右。
运价比拟低,并且运价随市场行情的变化波动。
租船方式主要有航次租船、定期租船和光船租船三种:3. 航次租船〔Voyage/oi/ Charter/a/〕航次租船又称为定程租船,是以航程为根底的租船方式。
在这种租船方式下,船方必须按租船合同规定的航程完成货物运输效劳,并负责船舶的经营管理以及船舶在航行中的一切开支费用,租船人按约定支付运费。
航次租船的合同中规定装卸期限或装卸率,并计算滞期和速遣费。
航次租船又可以分为单程租船、往返租船、连续航次租船、航次期租船、包运合同租船几种:4. 单程租船〔Single Voyage Charter〕单程租船也称为单航次租船,即所租船舶只装运一个航次,航程终了时租船合同即告终止。
运费按租船市场行情由双方议定,其计算方法一般是按运费率乘以装货或卸货数量或按照整船包干运费计算。
含绑扎费的海运条款
该条款与班轮条款完全相反,船舶所有人不负责有关装卸的所有费用,所有雇佣装卸工人及有关的装卸费用均由承租人负担。
在这一条款之下,装运大件货物所产生的绑扎费及需要的绑扎材料,也应该由承租人负担。
