1 Topic1：Travelling 达：First, we agree with travelling during summer or winter vocations .As we all know, many students like travelling during summer or winter vocations. They maintain（主张） that traveling can widen our knowledge of geography, cultures ,history and lifestyles of different places. 猫：Yeah！ I know lots of students not only travelling during summer or winter vocations but also travelling during the school year. I think students should put all their heart into studies, travelling is secondary, should not indulge[in'dʌldʒ](沉溺于) in them to neglect[nig'lekt] (忽视/疏忽)their studies. 贵：Seeing is believing. Travelling is one of the best means for learning. You may have read or hear about something but you can never get an accurate picture of it until you see it for yourself. In China there is an old saying: "Traveling ten thousand miles is better than reading ten thousand books.(读万卷书不如行万里路) 玲：On the other hand, travelling spent amount of money. For example, traffic and accommodation need vast money. But college students now are still use their parents money. And people still do not know how to arrange time and money properly in travel. I think travel is a luxury ['lʌkʃəri] (奢侈的)consumption to college students. 达：Spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands. When people return from their travel, they will generally feel fresh and energetic, ready to work harder. 猫：I don’t agree with your opinion. Travelling back they will feel exhaustion [iɡ'zɔ:stʃən]（精疲力竭） of body and mind. Their heart still stay in popular tourist attractions(旅游胜地) there. It is easy to see that their hearts are not in their work. 贵：But Many colleges can make many local friends on their trip. There is an old saying in China: Go out to depend on a friend outside. (出门在外靠朋友)It is important that make different friends are in favour of develop interpersonal communication (人际沟通) . 达：When we are traveling, we may have more chances to get to know different kinds of people and make friends with them. New friends especially who live in a different environment can always pour some new ideas into our minds. That is good for our soul. 玲：There is no denying that it can help students strengthen relationships. However, college students' understanding of society deeply. It is so easy to be criminals deep cheat. 猫：All in all ambient ['æmbiənt] 周围的 environment is not safe. And that they will consider the security problems in order to ensure the personal security when they are travelling by air, by ship or by bus. 2 Topic2: Are you for or against wars 猫：First of all, we are against war, because the war destroyed our family, the war let many people lose their family, and let the country near the edge of breaking down, we don't want to see the blood everywhere .( 首先，我们反对战争，因为战争让许多人家破人亡，战争使得一个国家临近崩溃的边缘，我们不想看到到处流血的场面。) 达：OK.We all know that the war would lead to injury, but we should know why we start the war. But, there is an old Chinese saying, long pain rather short pain.（是的，战争会带来伤害，但是中国有句古话，长痛不如短痛。） 玲：So we start the war in order to against the oppression.No wander that we shouldn’t Cherish life? （那么我们发动战争的目的是反抗压迫。难道，就应该不惜代价吗？） 贵：For the next generation, we should do that.we don't want to let them live in the oppression when they came to this world.（为了下一代，我们应该这么做。我们不想他们出生就生活在压迫中。） 3 Topic3: Arguments for or against celebrating our Chinese traditional festivals 达: hey! boys and girls The New Year is coming, and do you have any plans? 猫: Too depressed, I can't feel at all for the coming of the New Year.In my opinion, I think western festival special rich. 贵: Too bad, why more and more people like western festival, and forget our traditional festival? 玲: Along with the development of modern economy, and between countries more than cultural exchange, so we have no matter what holiday, as long as happy . 达: No,the traditional festival is always the part of our history culture, we should be celebrating the festival, they all contain different meanings. 贵: I think so, and western festival is by the businessman hype up . So I don't against the western festival, we depends, not blindly praise highly Chinese festival 达: China as a culture of both countries, we should for his country's each holiday maintain a kind of pride and passion of the state, and should not forget his own history culture. 贵: I agree with landa’s view, the protection of traditional festival can continue history and enhance national cohesion. Chinese people have their own language and festivals, and all of this is cultural .
