临床表现
发热
约半数的老年患者会出现发热 ，体温可高达39℃以上。
胸痛
胸痛是老年社区获得性肺炎的 常见症状之一，疼痛可放射至 肩部或腹部。
咳嗽、咳痰
老年社区获得性肺炎患者通常 会出现咳嗽、咳痰的症状，痰 液可呈白色或黄色。
呼吸困难
肺炎会导致肺部功能下降，患 者会感到呼吸困难，呼吸急促 。

共识背景与意义
背景介绍
社区获得性肺炎（CAP）是老年人常见的感染性疾病，由于老年人的身体机能下 降、免疫功能低下，病情往往较为严重，甚至可能导致死亡。
目前，我国老年社区获得性肺炎的诊治存在一定的不足，如诊断标准不统一、治 疗不规范等问题，因此亟需制定相关的专家共识，规范诊治流程，提高老年人的 生命质量。

4、 药物的排泄
·总之，老年人用药剂量应减少，给药 间隔应适当延长，特别是地高辛、氨 基苷类抗生素尤需引起注意。老年人 如有失水、低血压、心力衰竭或其他 病变时，可进一步损害肾功能，故用 药更应小心，最好能监测血药浓度。

老年人心理特点
老年人由于身心功能的衰退和社会联系的疏远等原因，往往很难保持心理上的稳定。
1，由于耳聋、眼花，对外界的信息很难正确迅速地接收，因此容易产生各种误解。有的老 年人往往对外界信息刺激不闻不问，愿意闭门独居，长此下去，无形中使自己的周围世界变 得狭小了。另外，步入老年后与旧交逐渐疏远，旧关系瓦解，新关系尚未建立，便陷人极其 狭小的范围内，甚至与世隔绝。 2，多数老年人由于体力的下降，健康的丧失，身心功能的衰退，加之感觉“老了”的心理， 种种错综复杂的原因，会使老年人感到失去生活的价值。

呼吸喹诺酮类治疗DRSP引起的CAP临床疗效好
莫西沙星治疗青霉素耐药、大环内酯类耐药和多重耐药肺炎链球菌引起的CAP， 治愈率高达95%以上
