第二篇检修部分第十章汽轮机热工部分第一节汽机顺序控制系统(SCS)的联锁及保护内容一、#1、#2机组汽机顺序控制系统(SCS)的联锁及保护内容(一)汽机主、再热蒸汽系统汽机主、再蒸汽系统带联锁、保护的设备有高排逆止门前疏水门、高排逆止门后疏水门、高压缸排汽逆止门。
1.高排逆止门前疏水门有2种控制方式,分别是:手动操作、联锁。
(1)手动操作:运行人员在DCS画面上进行手动操作,开关高排逆止门前疏水门。
(2)联锁:●相应疏水罐液位低报警(<526mm),联关此门。
●相应疏水罐液位高报警(>676mm),联开此门。
2.高排逆止门后疏水门有2种控制方式,分别是:手动操作、联锁。
(1)手动操作:运行人员在DCS画面上进行手动操作,开关高排逆止门后疏水门。
(2)联锁:●相应高排逆止门疏水罐液位低报警(< 526 mm)且上下管壁温差正常且高排逆止门全开,联关此门。
●相应高排逆止门疏水罐液位高报警(>676mm)或上下管壁温差大(>20℃),联开此门。
3.高排逆止门有2种控制方式,分别是:手动操作、保护。
(1)手动操作:运行人员在DCS画面上进行手动操作,开关高排逆止门。
(2)保护:●主汽门关闭(4取3),关此门。
(二)汽机抽汽系统汽机抽汽系统带联锁、保护的设备有一~三抽电磁阀、四抽电磁阀、五~七抽电磁阀、一抽逆止阀后电动门、二抽逆止阀后电动门、三抽逆止阀后电动门、四抽至母管电动门、五抽逆止阀后电动门、五抽至母管电动门、六抽逆止阀后电动门、七抽逆止阀后电动门。
1. 一~三抽电磁阀有2种控制方式,分别是:手动操作、保护。
(1)手动操作:运行人员在DCS画面上进行手动操作,开关一~三抽电磁阀。

每个功能子组都有手动(单操)模式及自动(程控)模式,操作员可以在功能子组画面中进行模式切换。
当功能组处于自动(程控)模式下,按一个按钮就可以将功能子组中的所有设备全部启动或停止。
当功能子组处于手动(单操)模式下,功能组可以单步控制,但为了避免设备及人身事故,仍需满足设备的启动及停止允许条件。

§1 FB210模件的功能介绍FUM210-GB模件为变送器提供具有抗短路能力的电源,可以驱动14路切换触点或28路单触点。
同时模件对采集的二进制信号进行调节、软件模拟和监视。

2 驱动控制模件FUM210-ESG驱动控制模件FUM210-ESG的硬件与变送器信号调节模件FUM210-GB的硬件是一样的。

2.2给水泵辅助油泵(1,2,3号)●自动启动条件:-给水泵停运时若接到反转信号,启动辅助油泵;-给水泵跳闸/停运后,油泵自动启动;-给水泵处于备用方式时,自动启动油泵;-给水泵运行后,若润滑油压力低于0.1Mpa,自动启动油泵;●跳闸条件:-给水泵运行后,若润滑油压力高于0.3Mpa,延时60s自动停油泵;●程控指令:-给水泵启动程序启动辅助油泵;-给水泵停运程序启动辅助油泵。
2.3(1,2,3号)给水泵入口电动门●给水泵处于备用方式时,自动开其入口门;●程控指令:自动开2.4给水泵控制(1,2,3号)●三台给水泵采用两用一备的运行方式,每逢正常运行的设备跳闸,只联锁投运一台泵。
●启动允许条件:-给水泵无故障,-给水泵停运,无反转信号,-给水泵前置泵入口滤网差压不高,-除氧器水位高于2.7m,-给水泵润滑油压力高于低一值,-给水泵密封水差压高于低限值,-给水泵相关温度信号OK-无跳泵信号-给水泵调速装置置于最小值,-给水泵入口电动门开,-给水泵再循环门及前后电动门全开●启动指令-给水泵组启动程序启动给水泵;-正常工况下三台给水泵采用两用一备方式运行,选择备用方式后,两台泵跳闸或出口母管压力低时,停运泵自动投入。
●下列情况之一发生,跳泵:-给水泵润滑油压力低二值;-给水泵润滑油冷油器入油温度高二值;-给水泵工作油冷油器出油温度高二值;-给水泵入口压力低二值,延时30S,跳泵;-除氧器水位低二值;-给水泵运行时,再循环和出口门全关-给水泵轴承及电机轴承温度高二值;-给水泵入口流量过高/过低(超工作区,由MCS发信号),延时1分钟。
●程控指令:启泵、停泵2.5#2号给水泵的特殊控制●用一路开关合闸启泵,应闭锁另一路开关合闸#2泵合闸启动后如又掉闸,应闭锁另一侧开关合闸●备用联启:#1泵跳闸,则检查10KVIA:如电压正常,合A段开关启泵,如A段合不上,用B段开关启泵;如低电压,则直接用B段开关启泵。
#3泵跳闸,则检查10KVIB:如电压正常,合B段开关启泵,如B段合不上,用A段开关启泵;如低电压,则直接用A段开关启泵;#1,#3泵都运行时,这时如启动#2泵,选择一侧开关合闸。
2.6给水泵出口电动门(1,2,3号)●开启指令-给水泵正常运行后,延时打开出口旁路门,待出口门前后差压<1Mpa后打开出口门;-给水泵置于备用方式后,自动打开停运泵出口门。
●关闭指令-给水泵组启动程序关闭出口门;-给水泵组停运程序关闭出口门;-给水泵跳闸,自动关闭出口门,旁路门及中间抽头门;-给水泵停运时,接到反转信号(滤波判断),自动关闭出口门,旁路门及中间抽头门;2.7给水泵出口旁路电动门(1,2,3号)●给水泵组启动程序开启出口旁路门;给水泵正常运行后,延时打开出口旁路门。
●给水泵运行,且出口门全开后,联锁关闭出口旁路门。
