NFβPP-R空调工程水力计算上海英泰塑胶有限公司管道水力计算4.5.1 水力计算公式由下式计算得出:i=105C h—1.85d j—4.87q g 1.85式中 i —管道单位长度水头损失(kPa/m );d j —管道计算内径(m ); C h —海澄-威廉系数,C h =140; q g —设计流量(m 3/s )。
本条计算沿程阻力损失的公式引用《建筑给水聚丙烯管道工程技术规范》GB/T50349-2005为20%~30%;参照《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB50015-2003,则生活给水网为25%~30%,生产为20%。
4.5.2 管道计算内径是根据不同的管系列S 确定。
为方便使用,表3.2.2-1列出了空调用NF βPP-R 常用的四种管系列的计算内径。
4.5.3 水温修正系数K 1按下式确定: K 1=⎪⎭⎫⎝⎛υυ"0.226式中 υ—计算表格中采用的水的运动粘滞系数(cm 2/s );υ″—选用工作水温采用的水的运动粘滞系数(cm 2/s )。
4.5.4 空调用NF βPP-R 水利摩阻比钢管小,其粗糙系数n=0.0014~0.002,阻力系数为0.015~0.021,故选用流速时可适当提高,但不宜大于3.0m/s 。

使用说明:一:本计算表格是参照我院设备专业《采暖管径计算书》的格式编制而成。
并对局部阻力种类进行了简化,使用者可自己增加其种类,但需表中增加了“其它散热器阻力”一列。
二:本计算表格适用于双管异程式采暖系统的水力计算。
若经适当修改,也可用于其它形式的采暖系统的水力计算。
三:本计算表格把双管异程式采暖系统的干管和立管分别计算。
四:表中兰底色格内及其它空白格内为必须输入的已知数据。
字体为兰色的格表示其中数据使用者可以根据实际情况修改,字体为粉色的格五:计算过程所用到的基本公式包括:H=λ.L.ρ.V2/(2Dg)=R.L (1)R=λ.ρ.V2/(2Dg) (2)λ=64/Re 当Re<2000 时。
(3)λ=0.0025Re1/3当2000<Re<4000 时。
(4)λ=0.11(K/Dg+68/Re)0.25当Re>4000 时。
(5)Re=V.Dg/ν (6)Z=ζ.ρ.V2/2 (7)以上计算公式均参照《流体力学泵与风机》(第二版),中国建筑工业出版社。
式中:H:沿程阻力损失,Pa。
λ:沿程阻力系数,无因次。
L:管段长度,m。
ρ:水的密度,kg/m3。
本表中取值974.9kg/m3,即在一个大气压下,温度为75℃时的水的密度。
V:水流速,m/s。
Dg:管道内径,m。
R:比摩阻,Pa/m。
Re:雷诺数,无因次。
K:绝对粗糙度,m。
本表中取值为0.2mm。
ν:水的运动粘滞系数,m2/s。
本表中取值0.391×10-6m2/s,即在一个大气压下,温度为75℃时的水的粘滞系数。
Z:局部阻力损失,Pa。
ζ:局部阻力系数,无因次。
六:本计算表中所有调节阀门的局部阻力系数取值摘自我院《技措》、华北标办《图集》或某产品样本,且均为常开时的值。
使用者也可以事实上,在进行双管异程采暖系统水力计算时,很难保证各立管或各环路之间的阻力平衡。
本计算表格允许使用者在需要的管段上改变调节阀的局直到实现阻力平衡,此时的局部阻力系数值可作为选择调节阀(或确定其开度)的依据。
