France n. 法国。如：

2. Which is the French flag? 哪一个是法国国旗？
French adj. 法国的 n. 法语；法国人。如：
a teacher of French (= a French teacher) 法语教师
— Do you like a French car or a Japanese car? 你喜欢法国车还是日本车？
— A French car, of course. 当然是法国车。
3. Tick (√) the possible answer(s). 勾选（√）可能的答案。
possible adj. 可能的。如：
She is a very nice girl. If possible, I want to make friends with her.

辨析：possible和probable
possible和probable都表示“可能的”。
probable表示可能性较大，常译作“很可能”。
possible表示有可能，但可能性较小。如：

He thinks these things are possible, or probable.
他认为这些事是有可能的，或者说很有可能。

lie v. （过去式lay）位于；坐落在。如：

比较：be famous as 作为……而闻名；be famous to 对……来说很出名。
