商学院培训体系的原则包括战略导向原则、投入产出原则和学以致用原则。

商学院培训工作的目标是建立完善公司运作体系与流程，宣传和发展集团企业文化，使所有的干部年内至少平均享有40小时培训，重点推进中、基层干部的管理技能培训，以保证各部门具体工作保质保量完成。

3)培训管理部总监：负责商学院的日常管理和运营，包括内外部培训资源整合、培训计划编制、培训效果评估等。

4)培训经理：负责商学院内部讲师队伍的管理和培训计划的执行，确保培训内容与企业文化一致。

5)课程研发经理：负责商学院课程的研发和更新，确保课程内容与市场需求和企业发展相适应。
