商学院培训体系的目的是为实现企业“以人为本、以能为本”的人才战略理念,快速提升企业全员综合素质,加强培训管理,保证培训工作有序、有效的开展,保障公司战略目标的实现。
在适用范围上,商学院培训体系适用于集团全体职工(含各分公司)。
商学院培训体系的原则包括战略导向原则、投入产出原则和学以致用原则。
商学院培训工作的目标是建立完善公司运作体系与流程,宣传和发展集团企业文化,使所有的干部年内至少平均享有40小时培训,重点推进中、基层干部的管理技能培训,以保证各部门具体工作保质保量完成。
3)培训管理部总监:负责商学院的日常管理和运营,包括内外部培训资源整合、培训计划编制、培训效果评估等。
4)培训经理:负责商学院内部讲师队伍的管理和培训计划的执行,确保培训内容与企业文化一致。
5)课程研发经理:负责商学院课程的研发和更新,确保课程内容与市场需求和企业发展相适应。
