Unit 1 My New Teachers

Hello everyone! I am a seventh grade student from Shanghai,

and I want to tell you about my new teachers from the Shanghai

Education Publishing House English textbook. In Unit 1, we learn

all about our teachers and what they do.

First, let me introduce you to Miss Li. She is my Chinese

teacher, and she is very kind and patient. Miss Li always has a

smile on her face, and she helps us with our pronunciation and

grammar. She also teaches us about Chinese culture and history,

which I find very interesting.

Next, we have Mr. Chen, our math teacher. Mr. Chen is very

strict, but he is also very funny. He makes learning math fun and

interesting, and he always challenges us to think outside the box.

I have learned so much from him already, and I know that I will

continue to learn a lot more in the future.

We also have Miss Wang, our science teacher. Miss Wang is

always full of energy and enthusiasm, and she makes learning about the world around us exciting. She conducts experiments in

class and encourages us to ask questions and explore new ideas.

I love going to her class because I always come out with a new

perspective on things.

Last but not least, we have Mr. Zhang, our English teacher.

Mr. Zhang is a young and dynamic teacher who loves to engage

with his students. He teaches us English grammar, vocabulary,

and reading comprehension, and he always challenges us to

improve our writing skills. I have improved a lot in English since I

started his class, and I am grateful for his guidance.

Overall, I am very lucky to have such dedicated and

passionate teachers at my school. They inspire me to learn and

grow every day, and I am excited to see what else I will learn

Last weekend, I had a great time with my family. On Saturday

relaxing.

After our walk, we had a picnic in the park. We brought
