Unit 8 How are you?教材分析本单元主要让学生学会用英语打，询问对方身体状况及正确1可答一些常见疾病的名称，在学习过程中学生学会用丰富的句型进行表达与操练。
教学目标1、能听懂、会说、会读所学疾病的名称，正确使用用语This is ... speaking. May I speak to ... ?2、能听懂、会说、会读句型与日常用语This is ... speaking. May I speak to ...?「m sorry to hear that. How arc you? I'm fine, thank you./Not so good. 学情分析本课内容贴近学生的生活实际，与第七单元内容紧密联系，学生已经学习了有关疾病类的词汇，能够结合学生已有的语言知识，进行衔接整合。

如：T: Hello. How are you?S: （做低头状）T: What’s the matter? Are you ill?S:（咳嗽）T: You have a cough, right?S:（点头）3、角色扮演，教授目标词汇教师准备医生手偶，自己扮演病人，呈现看病场景，教授目标词汇。
