汇报文稿各位老师：下午好，我叫张亭，来自武汉大学，很荣幸今天有机会在这里向各位老师汇报我现有的研究成果和未来的研究计划。
首先请容许我做一个简单的自我介绍。
我来自湖南岳阳， 2009-2013 年就读于华北电力大学（北京），会计学专业； 2013 年放弃保研选择考研，进入武汉大学攻读企业管理专业硕士学位。
一开始并没有想到自己会继续读博士，所以选择了换专业，希望塑造一个复合的知识背景来增加自己的就业机会。
并且在校期间，一方面去增加自己的实习经历，包括去天健会计师事务所当审计助理；去浦发银行武昌支行当客户经理助理；和导师一起做交通银行湖北分行的战略咨询与规划项目等；另一方面就是考资格证书，包括CPA 考试，现在只剩下一门没有考了，还有就是会计从业资格证书、证券从业资格证书、期货从业资格证书等等。
直到 2014 年 10 月份的时候，我当时的一篇论文被《管理评论》收录，导师觉得我出成果比较有效率，建议我考虑可以考虑跟他读博士，于是我年后放弃浦发银行实习，开始考虑这件事。
后来我决定不在武大直博，而是选择考西交大的博士，不久也就很幸运地联系到了田老师，包括后来参加了黄院长带团队去武大宣讲面试。
下面我对我研究生期间撰写和发表的论文进行一个简单的汇报。
包括毕业论文，研究生期间总共写了四篇文章，两篇已经发表，两篇在投稿中。
第一篇发表在《管理评论》，题目是《中国 MBA 教育改革背景下的项目全景图：基于 Coplot 分析》；第二篇发表在《科学学研究》，题目是《后发国家研发投入的影响因素分析——知识产权保护的调节作用》；第三篇文章题目是《后金融危机时代美国顶尖 MBA 项目全景图：基于 Co-plot 分析》，其实这是我写的第一篇论文，在管理评论终审时编辑提出对中国问题的针对性不强，要我们再修改，其实我当时正在写《中国 MBA 教育改革背景下的项目全景图：基于Co-plot 分析》这篇文章，导师要我直接作为修改稿，于是很快就收录了，而第一篇文章也就搁置了。

不过呢，这中间也不是一帆风顺的，也会遇到各种难题，有时候实验结果跟预期完全不一样，哎当时那个沮丧啊，就像一盆冷水浇灭了满心的期待。
但是我这人吧，就是不服输，越有挑战就越想攻克它。
然后就会重新去查阅资料，调整思路，再试一次又一次，直到取得一点进展为止，那种成就感简直无法形容！我特别喜欢跟人讨论学术问题，有时候和同学们一聊起来就刹不住车了。
大家可能来自不同的背景，有着不同的想法，碰撞出的火花可太有趣了。
我也知道博士阶段的研究肯定会更难，但是我不怕我反而特别期待那些未知的挑战呢。
我在生活里也是个挺有趣的人哦。
我喜欢阅读，各种各样的书我都愿意去翻一翻。
尤其是那些讲历史故事的书，感觉像是穿越到了过去一样，体验着古人的喜怒哀乐，超级酷！我也爱运动，像跑步每次跑起来的时候，风在耳边呼呼吹过，就感觉所有的烦恼都被抛到九霄云外了。
不过呢，我运动也有点三天打鱼两天晒网的，嘿嘿。
我真的很希望能够进入咱们这个博士项目继续深造。
我相信在这里我能够接触到更多前沿的知识，和优秀的老师同学们一起探索学术的奥秘。
我也知道自己还有很多不足的地方，但是我愿意努力学习，不断提升自己。

博士复试汇报介绍一、开场白嗨，各位复试的老师好呀！我超级兴奋能来到这个博士复试的环节呢。
我觉得这就像是我学术探险路上的一个超级大的挑战，同时也是一个超棒的机会。
二、个人学术背景1. 本科阶段我本科的时候就像个好奇宝宝一头扎进了知识的海洋。

这个阶段我也开始尝试自己做一些小的研究，虽然过程中遇到了好多像小怪兽一样的困难，比如说实验结果不理想，论文写得像一团乱麻，但是我都没有放弃哦。
通过不断地尝试和调整，我也取得了一些小小的成果呢，还发表了几篇论文，那种感觉就像是自己种的小树苗终于开花了一样。
三、研究计划1. 博士阶段的研究课题我想在博士阶段研究的课题是关于[具体课题名称]。
这个课题就像是在黑暗中闪烁的一颗星星，特别吸引我。
我觉得这个课题很有意义，因为它可以[阐述课题的意义]。
2. 初步的研究思路我初步的想法是先对现有的相关研究进行一个超级详细的梳理，就像给这个领域来一个大扫除，把每个角落都看清楚。
然后我打算从[某个特定的角度]入手，设计一系列的实验或者调查。
比如说如果是实验的话，我会精心准备实验材料，像照顾自己的小宠物一样细心。
我还会考虑到各种可能影响实验结果的因素，就像给实验穿上一层一层的防护甲。
对于可能出现的结果，我也已经有了一些预想，到时候不管是好的结果还是不好的结果，我都能从中找到继续探索的方向。
