教科版英语小学五年级(下册)教学工作计划一、研究对象(学生)的分析:从大的方面来说,五年级的同学整体水平比较平均,学习气氛浓厚,大部分同学学习习惯良好,学习积极性高,能较好地完成学习任务。
但不足的地方就是学习比较浮躁,两极分化的现象比较突出。
不少同学在学习上好胜心强,乐于学习,勇于克服学习上的困难,思维活跃,有较好的学习习惯,有较有成效的学习方法;但也有不少同学厌倦学习,畏惧困难,或是学习方法不当,或是学习习惯较差,作业不能及时上交,书写不规范,积年累月,致使学习基础薄弱。
这些学生,虽然已经是学过了两年的英语,但却连最基本的一些交际用语都不会用,一句: “Good morning \afternoon!”说的也挠舌,有些学生连回答: “What’s your name, please?”这样一个问题都要考虑许久,甚至大部分的学生把英文字母当拼音来念……班上大部分的学生对于英语都处于十分迷茫的状态。
1、学习兴趣不是很高,部分学生甚至有厌恶感,同时,许多学生还是为学习而学习,谈不上兴趣问题;2、回家不会学习,无正确的学习方法,不知如何看书.学习态度谈不上十分端正,回家以后巩固时间很少,且缺乏有效的巩固手段,练的机会明显不足。
3、部分学生学习的目的性不是很强,导致学习习惯不好,学习无明确的计划,有作业就写,无作业就玩。
老师布置的作业不能按时完成,回家看书也只是应付家长,作业不能很好完成,作为语言性学科,听与读是非常关键的环节,而大多数学生这一点做的不好,这在听力测试时表现的尤为明显。
二、影响学情的阻抗因素1、家庭原因:部分家庭的家长在子女的教育方面缺乏有效的方法,有的只是简单的满足;有些家长本身的素质不是很高,同时还的思想给子女的学习造成了负面影响;父母的教育尺度不统一,他们当中没几个会说英语的,自己都不会,就更无从怎么去教自己的孩子了.这样就让孩子有空可钻,或者让他们无所适从;农村家长简单粗暴的教育方法让子女学会了撒谎,抵赖等不良习惯;周边环境不佳或部分学生属于双亲或单亲在外打工的留守儿童,他们对子女的教育跟不上,甚至无法得到教育。
