教科版英语小学五年级（下册）教学工作计划一、研究对象（学生）的分析：从大的方面来说，五年级的同学整体水平比较平均，学习气氛浓厚，大部分同学学习习惯良好，学习积极性高，能较好地完成学习任务。

但不足的地方就是学习比较浮躁，两极分化的现象比较突出。

不少同学在学习上好胜心强，乐于学习，勇于克服学习上的困难，思维活跃，有较好的学习习惯，有较有成效的学习方法；但也有不少同学厌倦学习，畏惧困难，或是学习方法不当，或是学习习惯较差，作业不能及时上交，书写不规范，积年累月，致使学习基础薄弱。

这些学生，虽然已经是学过了两年的英语，但却连最基本的一些交际用语都不会用，一句: “Good morning \afternoon!”说的也挠舌，有些学生连回答: “What’s your name, please?”这样一个问题都要考虑许久，甚至大部分的学生把英文字母当拼音来念……班上大部分的学生对于英语都处于十分迷茫的状态。

1、学习兴趣不是很高，部分学生甚至有厌恶感，同时，许多学生还是为学习而学习，谈不上兴趣问题；2、回家不会学习，无正确的学习方法，不知如何看书.学习态度谈不上十分端正，回家以后巩固时间很少，且缺乏有效的巩固手段，练的机会明显不足。

3、部分学生学习的目的性不是很强，导致学习习惯不好，学习无明确的计划，有作业就写，无作业就玩。

老师布置的作业不能按时完成，回家看书也只是应付家长，作业不能很好完成，作为语言性学科，听与读是非常关键的环节，而大多数学生这一点做的不好，这在听力测试时表现的尤为明显。

二、影响学情的阻抗因素1、家庭原因：部分家庭的家长在子女的教育方面缺乏有效的方法，有的只是简单的满足；有些家长本身的素质不是很高，同时还的思想给子女的学习造成了负面影响；父母的教育尺度不统一，他们当中没几个会说英语的,自己都不会,就更无从怎么去教自己的孩子了.这样就让孩子有空可钻，或者让他们无所适从；农村家长简单粗暴的教育方法让子女学会了撒谎，抵赖等不良习惯；周边环境不佳或部分学生属于双亲或单亲在外打工的留守儿童,他们对子女的教育跟不上,甚至无法得到教育。
