关键词:ANSYS 热分析耦合分析实体建模引言有限元方法与其他求解边值问题近似方法的根本区别在于它的近似性仅限于相对小的子域中。

20世纪60年代初首次提出结构力学计算有限元概念的克拉夫(Clough)教授形象地将其描绘为:“有限元法=Rayleigh Ritz法+分片函数”,即有限元法是Rayleigh Ritz法的一种局部化情况。

不同于求解(往往是困难的)满足整个定义域边界条件的允许函数的Rayleigh Ritz 法,有限元法将函数定义在简单几何形状(如二维问题中的三角形或任意四边形)的单元域上(分片函数),且不考虑整个定义域的复杂边界条件,这是有限元法优于其他近似方法的原因之一一、实验目的1、熟练掌握AMSYS软件实体建模的技巧,建立连杆、轴承座、车轮的实体模型。

2、掌握利用AMSYS软件进行热分析和耦合分析的方法和步骤,对一个冷却栅管及一焊缝进行热及应力耦合分析。

3、掌握2D稳态电磁场的分析方法,了解2D瞬态电磁场、3D静态及瞬态电磁场、电场的分析方法,对螺线管致动器进行2D静态分析。

4、掌握利用AMSYS软件进行优化设计的的方法和步骤,对一个三杆桁架结构及一悬臂梁的形状进行优化设计。

二、内容与设计思想1、连杆、轴承座、车轮的实体建模及车轮的网格划分对如图所示的连杆、轴承座、车轮分别建立几何模型,并对车轮模型划分网格。

2、冷却栅管的热分析和热应力分析(间接法)如图所示为一个轴对称的冷却栅管结构,管内为热流体,管外流体为空气,管道机冷却栅管材料均为不锈钢,导热系数为25.96W/m℃,弹性模量为1.93×109MPa,热膨胀系数为1.62×10-5/℃,泊松比为0.3,管内压力为6.89MPa,管内流体温度为250℃,对流系数(膜系数)为249.23 W/m2℃,外界流体(空气)温度为39℃,对流系数(膜系数)为62.3 W/m2℃,试求解其温度和应力分布。

3、焊缝的残余应力及温度场分析(直接法) 如图所示为焊缝的剖面示意图,用铝焊将钢和铜接在一起,求焊接后的焊缝残余应力以及在焊接过程中的温度变化。

假定没有对流和辐射,结构左面固定约束,左右两边界均给定20℃的温度约束。

从左至右的材料依次是钢、铝、铜。

其中钢和铜的初始温度是环境温度20℃,铝是1500℃。

结构的重量初始设计为109.10磅。

默认允差(由程序计算)为初始重量的1%(11磅)。

已知桁架的材料特性为:E=2.1E6psi ,ROH=2.85E-4lb/in 3(比重),最大许用应力=400psi 。

分析中使用如下几何特性:横截面面积变化范围=1~1000 in 2(初始值为1000),基本尺寸B 变化范围=400~1000 in (初始值为1000)。

根据分析问题的性质,选择三根杆的横截面积A1、A2、A3以及基本尺寸B 为设计变量,杆内的应力值为状态变量,桁架的最小重量为目标函数。

几何尺寸l=10in ,t=0.3in ,b=1in ,载荷M=450in-lb 。

根据分析结构的性质,采用对称分析模型,以悬臂梁的重量为目标函数,厚度TK16、TK27、TK38、TK49为设计变量,最大von-mises 应力和最大的位移δy max 为状态变量。
