对话由两个部分组成，一部分是新居结构，另一部分是Yang Ling卧室里的情况。

开头由歌曲导入，后由介绍我的新家入手引入课文杨林的新家。
让学生边看边听，边给出相应的任务,从听说读写各方面训练了学生的各方面能力。
