签证发给申请书APPLICATION FOR VISA 领馆 (申请)号码：韩国法务部签证发给认定号码：韩国个人旅游签证所需资料：1、护照原件（有效期半年以上）；2、两寸白底彩色照片1张（贴在签证发给申请书上指定位置）；3、签证发给申请书（详细、如实填写，表格附后）；4、身份证复印件（正反面都要）；5、户口本复印件（所有页都要）；6、在职证明及营业执照（需要注明单位地址、电话、工作年限、薪水、职务，用单位抬头纸加盖公章、营业执照副本复印件加盖公章），退休人员请提供退休证复印件；7、资产证明：房产、车产、银行存折、股票、证券交割单等复印件；8、韩国旅行计划书（本人签名）；9、保证金6-10万元每人；注：所有复印件务必清晰，材料必须真实，否则我社有权拒绝受理。
外省户口人员请提供在山东暂住证复印件，或在山东交纳社保手续复印件等。
备注：1.申请人签证资料递交使馆后，至少七个工作日出签。
切勿提前预订机票，如因此造成相关损失我社概不承担。
2.申请签证出签后，按使馆批准入境日期开始计算，有效期三个月。
3.申请人可在有效期内任意往返韩国一次，停留期以使馆下发签证停留期限为准，不得逾期归国！4.申请人回国后请将护照原件送回代理旅行社及时消签。
签证下发后未构成出境事实的，请本人持护照去受理领馆销签。
5.如在韩国领事馆拒签未超过2个月，继续签证的，使馆不予受理；6.如在其他领事馆拒签未超过6个月，继续签证的，使馆不予受理；7.旅行计划书必须有本人自行书写（手写），注明申请人、申请日期、本人亲笔签名；8.申请表中一定要全部填写完整，将公司电话、手机号码、韩国滞留地、韩国邀请人均填写完整。
