新版FMEA问题一览表
1、问:新版FMEA手册正式版何时发布?
答:新版FMEA手册将由AIAG,VDA共同发布,2017年11月已出黄皮书,正式版发布预计在2018年的第二季度(5月份)。
2、问:新版FMEA什么时候生效?什么时候按新版实施?如何实施?
答:正式版发布预计在2018年的第二季度(5月份),2018年9月14日在IATF16949完成过渡之后正式生效。 新项目应按新版FMEA的新格式实施,当然老项目也可以将数据转移到新版FMEA表单中。
3、问:新版的FMEA中有哪些新的变化?
答:从五步法,变成了六大步骤,增加了一个新的步骤,步骤一:界定范围;
六步分析代替以前的“填表法”;
全新的SOD评分标准,全新的AP(行动优化级)取代了RPN;
增加了优化措施的状态跟踪;
全新的表格;
增加FMEA-MSR(监控和系统响应)章节。

4、问:新版的FMEA对我们应该如何做?有什么样的挑战?
答:对于以前未实施VDA-五步法的公司来讲,确定有一定的难度,建议大家学习新版FMEA时:
1、先暂时忘掉FMEA表格,先建“结构树、功能树与失效树”,最后生成FMEA表格。
2、忘掉RPN,使用AP行动优先级。
以前FMEA填表的人忘掉表格有点难度。
5、问:DFMEA的新表格是什么样的?
答:新版FMEA将结构分析、功能分析及失效分析融入到表格中了,FMEA新表格有两种,一是电子表格,从产品的结构分析(步骤2)、功能分析(步骤3)、失效分析(步骤4)及DFMEA风险分析(步骤5),借助软件进行分析,完成分析报告。
6、问:FMEA协调员需要设定专门的岗位吗?FMEA的主持人及协调员有哪些工作职责及工作任务?
答:最好需要,目前新版FMEA手册确定了一个专门的岗位是协调员。
又创造了职位,Moderator(主持人)、Facilitator(协调员),赶快完成培训且资格认证,就可以上岗了。
