PBT的热变形温度由66度提高到210度. PET的热变形温度由98度提高到238度. PP的热变形温度由102度提高到149度. HDPE的热变形温度由49度提高到127度. PA6的热变形温度由70度提高到215度. PA66的热变形温度由71度提高到255度. POM的热变形温度由110度提高到163度. PEEK的热变形温度由230度提高到310度.2.非结晶树脂经30%玻璃纤维增强耐热改性. PS的热变形温度由93度提高到104度. PC的热变形温度由132度提高到143度. AS的热变形温度由90度提高到105度. ABS的热变形温度由83度提高到110度. PSF的热变形温度由174度提高到182度. MPPO的热变形温度由130度提高到155度.塑料共混耐热改性塑料共混提高耐热性即在低热树脂中混入高耐热性树脂从而提高其耐热性. 这种方法虽然耐热性提高幅度不如添加耐热改性高,但其优点是在提高耐热性同时基本不影响其原有其他性能.如: ABS/PC 热变形温度可由93度提高到125度ABS/PSF(20%) 热变形温度可达115度HDPE/PC(20%) 维卡软化点可由124度提高到146度. PP/CaCo3/EP 热变形温度可由102度提高到150度塑料交联耐热改性塑料交联提高耐热性常用于耐热管材和电缆方面.如:1.HDPE经过硅烷交联处理后,其热变形温度可由原来的70度增加到90~110度.2.PVC经过交联后,其热变形温度可由原来的65度增加到105度.热固性塑料只能第一次加热软化注塑,成型后就不能重复利用了。
