日本精工SPA-400原子力显微镜说明书(中文版)-D(E-3)ECCONTROLLER编码:0903-ECX-003/9911N概要EC控制器(Electrochemical Controller)是追加在以SPI33800N Probe Station为核心的SPM系统中,使其能进行各种电化学测定(EAFM以及ESTM)的option adaptor。
连接在相应电化学测定的Unit?和SPI3800N电气部分的中间。
EC控制器全图?注:?SPA400,SPA300,STA330等。

→外观以及尺寸重量(如下所示)外观以及尺寸,重量正面盘POWER这是给EC 控制器提供电源的开关。
因使用自光式开关,处于On 的位置时,灯会点亮。
在SPI3800+STA330Unit+EC 控制器的系统中,无论是否进行电化学控制,请务必将电源开关打到On 位置。
若处于Off 位置的话,因不能检验tunnel 电流而不能正常靠近(Approach),会损坏探针和试样。
ALARM (报警灯) : SI该报警灯是为了确认试样的电化学电流是否进入了能检验的范围。
超过能检验的范围 (换算为电压 10V),灯会点亮。
灯点亮时,请按下述方法处理。
·(在“电流-电位曲线(试样)”或“电流-时间曲线”方式时),将“电流测定范围”的值增大。
→[电流-电位曲线(试样)]对话框 [电流-时间曲线]对话框·加大滤波器[ 7 SAMPLE]的值。
·确认各个电极是否浸在液体中。
·确认各个电极,连接和配线有无异常。
有时在将电源刚打到On 或EC 控制器和各个电极 (探针除外)没有互相连接(根据软件的设定)的情况下,灯会点亮,但这并非异常。
1ALARM (报警灯) : RE这是确认参照电极动作是否正常的报警灯。
相对于模拟地线[28A.GND]的参照电极的电位超过可控制范围时,灯会点亮。

SPA400除标准装备了适用于从原子级分辨到20um 的scanner之外,还可根据需要选用适合不同测量范围的scanner组。
其更换的简易性优于SPA300。
大幅度重新设计Cantilever支架,同时实现了高刚性与使用的便利性。
由于采用了触点式接点,进行DFM 及STM测定1)时无需进行电缆连接。
除此之外,因前面部分具有较大的开放空间,所以在更换试样时不用GAGGAGAGGAFFFFAFAF5 67取下Cantilever支架也可进行。
具有优良隔音性能的防音罩(cover)。
在试验室等苛刻的环境中,也能进行高分辨率的测定。
使用光学显微镜进行从正上方观察2)。
光学显微镜图象被显示在显示器上,因此很容易进行激光光轴的调整及使Cantilever与试样位置相吻合。
再有,SPA400工作单元中还新设置了小型光学显微镜。
即使在防音罩闭合的状态下也可直接从其正上方观察。
此外,还备有适合微分干涉图象测定等的主要用途的金相显微镜。

2.2 支持软件SQL server 20003 用户界面系统主界面操作说明:主界面最上端为页面快速导航按钮,可在站信息、设备库、故障诊断,手动检测,数据分析,报警设定、系统参量、通信控制、通信监视间迅速切换。
主界面的大部分区域为气体浓度趋势图,用户可按check 框选择气体,即可在图中显示该气体的实时浓度曲线和增长率曲线。
主界面的下端为历史数据表,为用户提供历史数据。

It is the same button that is used to switch into “Pan” mode. Image on button, depict mode that will be selected after the button press. While selection mode is chosen, move mouse cursor to desired trace and press left mouse button.
