我们班有一个约定，以下是我们的班训和公约：
一、班训：团结、协作、勤奋、高效。我们要努力打造一个班集体，每个人都有事情做，每个人都能做好自己的事情，攻无不克、战无不胜。
二、公约：
一）课堂公约：
1.不迟到，不早退，不旷课，如果有事情要请假；不玩手机，不看与上课无关的书籍等。
2.上课、下课要起立，动作要整齐。
3.严格遵守课堂纪律，坐姿端正。
4.不说与课堂无关的话，不做小动作，发言先举手，举手要规范，不出怪相，不起哄。不顶撞老师，服从老师安排，写规范字，学会研究，采用合理的研究方法。
5.按时、独立、高效的完成各科作业。
6.遵守考试纪律，认真答卷、不作弊。
二）课间公约：
7.不串桌，不玩耍，不追逐打闹，不高声喧哗，不在教室内做不适当的活动。
8.无故不到其他班门前，更不串教室。
9.不骂人，不打架，不谈情说爱，不私自外出，不随便拿别人东西。不吸烟、不酗酒，文明交往。
三）两操、集会公约：
10.集合要做到快、静、齐，不得无故缺席。
11.服从老师和体育委员的安排，不得顶撞。
12.做操要认真、规范、整齐、有力度。
13.集会时不得说话，不看任何书籍，做姿要端正。
14.解散时要服从指挥，有秩序，不拥挤。
四）劳动卫生公约：
15.坚持每日两次打扫制度。
16.值日打扫要认真、干净、高效。
17.卫生委员要认真负责督促检查教室内、卫生区的保洁情况，发现垃圾及时通知值日组成员。
18.值日生擦黑板要及时、认真、干净（包括讲桌）。
五）就餐公约：
19.放学后迅速到达餐厅就餐。
20.各餐桌学生到齐后方可就餐，如有事须向组长请假。
21.文明就餐，做到不抢食、不挑食、不浪费、均衡饮食。
22.注意就餐卫生，饭前饭后清洁就餐工具，饭前要洗手。吃饭过程中不要往地面上丢垃圾。最后离开座位的把凳子提起来，以便清洁卫生。
六）晚就寝公约：
23.晚自放学后除值日生清洁教室外，其他同学迅速回到宿舍进行洗刷。熄灯前必须上床做好睡觉前准备。在宿舍不准打闹，床上不准蹦跳。
24.不串寝室，不带与本寝室无关的人到自己寝室。熄灯后一小时内不准外出（包括上厕所）。
25.熄灯后迅速进入睡觉状态，不准讲话，不吃东西等，不做一切与睡觉无关的事。
26.早上按时起床，高效整理内务，值日生做好值日。
27.非就寝时间不得随意进入宿舍。
七）请假公约：
如果需要请假，必须提前向班主任请假，并在请假单上注明请假原因和时间。请假期间必须按时完成作业和任务，不得影响班级正常运转。
