人教版七年级英语下册Unit5Why do you likepandas?教学设计跃进中学王克平教材分析本单元围绕“动物园里的动物”为主题，要求学生通过学习能通过听、说、读、写的形式描述动物及表达自己的喜好。
学习用单词、短语描述各种动物的特征，熟练运用What、W h y、Where引导的特殊疑问句询问和表达喜欢的动物是什么、为什么、地点在哪里。
通过学习，能掌握表示动物的名词和描述动物特征的形容词，学会使用情态动词can、must、一般疑问句、否定疑问句和祈使句来表达动物的外貌特征、习性、面临的处境和正确的做法，学会用能自主的去搜寻关于珍稀动物的资料，提高学生关心动物和爱护自然的认识。
学情分析本单元的主题是描述动物的外貌特征和谈谈自己的喜好，围绕这一主题进行一系列的交际活动，使学生正确使用What、W h y、Where 引导的特殊疑问句来询问并正确回答关于的动物的话题。
在对话操练的时候会使用许多形容词，可以回顾以前学过的单词。
并使用情态动词can、名词的复数形式以及单三形式表达动物的习性和生存环境，这些内容学生之前有接触过，但是有部分同学掌握的不是很好，所以要用对话操练的形式多加练习，达到巩固的目的。

通过对本单元的学习，学生能够对动物的性格及自己对动物的喜好的原因进行交流表达，并能够熟练运用“why—because”句型来询问他人的爱好，解释原因。
通过对动物的描述，让学生从从潜意识意识到动物的重要性，让学生自觉的爱护动物，保护动物，进而激发学生对大自然的保护意识，有利于帮助学生树立环保意识，增强环保观念。
【学情分析】我校地处城乡结合部，班级学生是以中等生为主的七年级新生，他们学习英语有很大的学习兴趣，有较强的记忆力和模仿能力，并有较强的求知欲和表现欲，因此课堂教学中我尽量让他们参与到活动中来，让他们有更多的机会来说英语用英语。
通过小组合作学习，体验自主学习的成功和喜悦。
【学习目标】1.知识与技能：A. 能掌握单词friendly shy及句型What animals do you like? I like elephants.B. 让学生学会谈论简单的动物及名称以及对动物的喜欢并说明为什么喜欢动物。
2.过程与方法：充分利用教材和多媒体教学所提供的学习资源，实现自由参与和创新，能主动与他人交流，在鼓励性评价中树立信心,在小组活动中积极参与合作，从而意识到交流对于学习英语的重要意义。
3.情感态度与价值观：通过本课学习，使学生有兴趣听说英语、做游戏，敢于开口，乐于模仿，恰当使用英语谈论简单的动物及名称以及对动物的喜欢并说明为什么喜欢动物，激发学生学习英语兴趣和保护环境的意识。
教学重点：让学生学习用形容词描述动物，从而说明自己喜欢某种动物的原因。
教学难点：让学生用句型What animals do you like? Why do you like ......? Because they are cute.等句型编对话。
一、单元学习主题
本课主题属于“人与自然”主题范畴中“自然生态”这一主题群,涉及子主题“热爱与敬畏自然,与自然和谐共生”。
二、单元内容分析
本单元分为Section A 与Section B两部分, 主要围绕话题“animals and nature”展开听、说、读、写、看等语言活动。
本单元共有五个语篇,第一、二个语篇为听力,通过听力了解单词的读音和基本句型;第三个语篇是对话形式,介绍家庭宠物,包括小狗叮叮和小猫Lazy,并且谈论了他们的习惯特性;第四个语篇主要围绕Tony和Mary参观动物园的场景展开;第五个语篇通过调查学生对濒危动物的了解引出大象的艰难处境,培养学生保护动物的意识和人文素养。

《Unit5 why do you like pandas?》教学设计榔坪镇乐园中学谢霜一、教材分析：本节课的教学内容为Go for it 新目标英语，七年级下册Unit 5 Why do you like pandas? The first period Section A（1a-2c）。
本课是一节听说课。
首先让学生观看短剧，通过对short play内容的谈论引出动物话题，复习学生已知的动物以及已学过的句型What’s your favorite...? Why do you like ...? Because ...激活图式，温故引新，铺垫课堂。
再通过熊猫玩具的展示，吸引学生注意力，激发学生对本节课学习的兴趣，自然地导入新课。
让学生在轻松活泼的气氛中投入到学习中。
在导入新课后，通过创设情境，将学生带入动物园，认识更多动物，并运用图文，集中呈现一些常见动物的名称和描述性形容词，让学生认知这些动物并在语境中输入询问对动物喜好的核心句型和重点词汇：Why do you want to see… ? Because they are… 然后请同学玩猜迷游戏，进一步激发学生兴趣。
在熟练掌握基本词汇后，最后再进行句型操练，将词汇贯穿到句型中，以加深学生对词汇句型的熟练掌握程度。
本课是本单元第一课时，在整个单元中起话题导入作用。
内容贴近学生生活，功能句型都是日常用语，课堂任务应该以培养学生的语言实践能力为目标。
二、学情分析经过一个多学期的中学英语学习生活，学生们已经学过由why, where, what 引导的特殊疑问句，具有了学习本单元知识的认知前提，加之学生在之前学习过有关动物的知识，已具备了相当的情感基础，。
许多有关动物的图片和游戏能激发他们的好奇心，产生了解它们的强烈欲望，有利于本课的教学和学生学习兴趣的培养。
