该方原剂型为软膏剂,易残留于衣物和皮肤,使用不便。
凝胶贴膏是一种新型经皮给药制剂,具有载药量大,携带、使用方便,刺激性、过敏性小等特点[2]。
将金黄方开发成凝胶贴膏具有良好的应用前景。
凝胶贴膏的基质通常由骨架材料、交联剂、交联调节剂、保湿剂、增黏剂等辅料组成[3],优选合理的处方为制剂工艺的关键。
混料试验是通过实物试验考察产品的某种特性或综合性能与产品中各种混料成分之间的关系,从而得到较优的配方,优化产品的性能[4]。

方法:参考临床治疗肺纤维化中药复方用药规律的数据挖掘结果,选取12味临床常用的治疗肺纤维化的药物,利用混料均匀设计方法获得11个药味相同而组成比例不同的复方,在小鼠IPF模型中以小鼠死亡率为优化指标优化复方并加以验证。
结果:得到一个优化复方,其对小鼠死亡率的影响与原方5无差异,而拮抗纤维化的作用优于原方5。
优化所得复方与设计方案中的两个最佳复方的主要组成药物均属于益气、活血、滋阴、宣肺四类,而3个复方中含量最小的药物均为燥湿化痰药半夏。
结论:益气活血滋阴宣肺有利于肺纤维化模型小鼠的生存,燥湿化痰类药物可能不利于肺纤维化模型小鼠的生存。

近年来,D -最优混料设计被广泛应用于药物制剂的研究,通过合理选择试验点,全面、高效地优化药物制剂处方从而得到最优配比,以满足制剂成型工艺的要求。
本文通过查阅文献,回顾了D -最优混料设计在国内外药物制剂研究中的应用情况,重点对其基本原理、步骤及适用性进行分析,为该方法在药物制剂研发中的合理应用提供参考。

方法运用混料均匀设计将组成七缬和胃胶囊的3个成分配制成9种不同的复方,通过冰醋酸导致小鼠疼痛、剪尾法测定凝血时间的方法对各成分所占比例进行筛选。
结果该方程相关系数r=0.930 29,P=0.049 4,通过回归方程筛选出镇痛、止血效果最好的复方配比。
结论应用均匀设计确定复方最佳配比的方法是可行的,通过实验结果得出的七叶一枝花浸膏、宽叶缬草挥发油乳化液、宽叶缬草水提物浸膏粉的最佳配比为5∶89∶6(质量百分比)。
【关键词】七缬和胃胶囊混料均匀设计组方研究Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the formular of MiaoYao Qixiehewei Capsuleand provide the foundation for developing new medicine.MethodsNine pieces of different analytic prescriptions were composed of three groups of component,applying the uniform design of experiments with mixtures(UDM).The model of paincaused by acetic acid and the determination of coagulation time by cutting-tail in mice were adopted to select the best proportion.ResultsThe correlation coefficient of the regression r=0.930 29, p=0.049 4 ,and the compound proportion was selected out and its analgesia,stopping bleeding effect was the best.ConclusionThe optimal proportion of ingredients in Qixiehewei Capsule is 5:89:6.Key words:Qixiehewei Capsules; Mixture uniform design ; Composite prescription消化性溃疡主要指发生在胃和十二指肠球部的慢性溃疡,为临床一种常见病、多发病。
基于混料均匀设计的细支烟烟丝尺寸优化李洪涛;杨成【摘要】为了提高细支卷烟物理指标的稳定性,采用带约束条件的混料均匀设计法进行优化试验,并进行了试验数据的回归分析及回归方程的优化计算.结果表明:在切丝宽度为0.85 mm的条件下,当吸阻标准偏差最小时,烟丝4种尺寸的最优配比为X=(0.0167,0.2172,0.3038,0.2714),此时吸阻标准偏差最小值为37.3118 Pa;除硬度、总通风率标准偏差和端部落丝量外,其他主要物理指标达到最小值时,长度大于6.70 mm的烟丝比例均小于0.08;除质量、硬度标准偏差外,其他主要物理指标达到最小值时,长度小于2.50 mm的烟丝比例均小于0.3;当主要物理指标达到最小值时,长度为>4.32~6.70、2.50~4.32 mm的烟丝比例之和为0.5~0.8,烟丝尺寸比例得到优化.%To improve the stability of cigarette physical qualities,the mixture uniform design with constrain conditions was used to optimize mixture ratio of cut tobacco size. The regression analysis of the test data and the optimization calcu-lation of the regression equation were carried out. The results show that under the condition of cut tobacco width which is 0.85 mm,when the resistance standard deviation of draw resistance reaches the minimum,the best ratio of cut tobacco si-zes is X=(0.0167,0.217 2,0.303 8,0.271 4),and the standard deviation of draw resistance is 37.311 8 Pa. Except the standard deviation of hardness,the total ventilation rate and the loss of tobacco from the end,when the other physical qualities reach the minimum,the ratio of cut tobacco size longer than 6.70 mm is less than 0.08. Except the standard de-viation of mass and hardness,when the other main physical qualities reach the minimum,the ratio of cuttobacco size shorter than 2.50 mm is less than 0.3.
