1、RX3310A芯片简介RX3310A是由台湾HiMARK公司生产的一个可工作在甚高频(一般250MHZ~450MHZ)的无线接收芯片,它在内部集成了高频放大电路(RF AMP)、混频电路(MIXER)、中放电路(IF AMP)、中频滤波器(IF FILTER)、限幅器(LIMITER)以及由比较器构成的(ASK)解调电路等.因其低功耗、高集成度、高灵敏等特点被广泛应用。
2、RX3310A封装格式RX3310A有两种类型的封装分别为18脚的SOP封装和20脚的SSOP封装。
3、RX3310A芯片及其相关引脚功能说明图1为18引脚的RX3310A芯片图2为20引脚的RX3310AX芯片图3 相关的引脚及其功能说明4、RX3300A芯片的工作原理及其外接电路分析RX3310A芯片的内部电路从上面的内部电路图可以知道大概可以分为这几个模块1) RF AMP 射频放大器作用将由VIRF(射频放大器的输入端)输入的信号经过放大后由VORF(射频放大器的输出端)输出2) MIXER 混频器作用将由集成电路内部的振荡器OSC产生的高频振荡信号和MIXIN(混频器的输入端)引脚输入的信号进行混频即产生两个频率相差比较悬殊的信号,并将结果输入给IF AMP.3)IF FILTER 低通滤波器作用将混频器产生的两个频率相差悬殊的信号经过低通滤波器选择出中频信号并从FO(中频率波输出)引脚输出4) LIMITER 限幅放大器作用将由LIN(限幅放大器的输入)输入的信号进行放大并过滤过其他干扰信号5)ASK 解调器作用相当于一个比较器比较器的正向输入端为CPA 反向输入端为CPB 一般情况下两个输入端都需外接电容,并且两个电容值相差悬殊,如当反向输入端的电容值远大于正向输入端,使得反向端得电压就是ASK的平均值,正向电压随着ASK的变化而变化,当ASK信号幅度较大时比较器输出正电压,当ASK信号幅度较小时输出负电压从而实现解调功能。
