编号为0240572 设备规范3 静态调试3.1 装置外观的检查:检查柜体、系统部件、母排等,并清理灰尘;检查各紧固件的螺丝有无松脱现象。

经查,本设备在运输过程中没有受到损坏,并且设备安装情况良好。

3.2 硬件设备检查:检查所有电路板的硬件设置。

主控板:CH1 : 1380330 CH2: 1380253,与出厂设置相同检查其实板卡均与出厂设置相同3.3绝缘检查:交流电流回路绝缘电阻》50M Q; 交流电压回路绝缘电阻》50M Q; 直流回路绝缘电阻》50M Q。

测试功率回路对地绝缘》50M Q。

3.4交直流电源回路检查:太仓港环保发电有限公司 2 X 135MW机组工程一号机组电气专业调试报告1、照明和加热器回路检查正确2、起励电源回路检查正确。

3、直流电源回路检查正确。

3.5 软件及参数检查:软件版本为41.222-1.经检查两个通道的参数设置正确3.6 功率桥监视回路检查:模拟熔丝断信号;模拟交流侧阻容保护用熔丝断信号;模拟功率桥主风机及备用风机失效信号,检查功率桥监视回路的所有功能正常。

对另一功率桥作相同试验,检查功率桥监视回路的所有功能正常。

3.7 开关监视回路检查:分开F04,验证开关量DI14输入动作正常,能发出报警信号,重新合上F04, 并复位报警信号;对F05、Q80、Q81重复以上试验,验证动作正常。

3.8可控硅跨接器检查:手动合灭磁开关Q02,短接过电流检测继电器T02的端子,验证开关量DI15E 输入动作正常,灭磁开关Q02自动分开,并发出故障信号;再短接过电流检测继电器T02的另外端子,验证开关量DI14E动作正常,并发出故障信号。

3.9 励磁变控制回路检查:确认励磁变压器温控器供电电源正常,分别短接温控器上的报警信号及跳闸信号输出端子,验证开关量DI12E及DI13E输入动作正常,并发出故障报警信号。

3.10开入量检查:由DCS操作,检查灭磁开关合分、励磁装置投退、自动手动切换、功率因数投退、增减磁,开入量正确。

3.11模拟量检查:加交流电流电压量,检查装置显示正确。

3.12信号回路检查:检查装置至DCS的信号回路正确3.13轻负载试验:在励磁装置直流输出侧接电阻、万用表、示波器。

接厂用电三相交流100V至X1 : 1,2, 3。

励磁装置投入后,将控制量从-100%至+100%进行变化,记录控制量与直流输出电压的关系,并用示波器观察直流侧电压波形,以确认触发脉冲太仓港环保发电有限公司 2 X 135MW机组工程一号机组电气专业调试报告工作正常。

对另一运行通道做同样的试验。

3.14起励模拟试验将三相调压器0-100VAC接至X2: 1,3,5及X2 : 7, 8, 9及整流桥的输入端,按励磁投入命令,直流接触器Q03动作,检查输出电压的极性,经10秒后, Q03及Q02分开发出F28故障信号。
