It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONSWORK AREA• Keep work area clean, free of clutter and well lit. Cluttered and dark work areas can causeaccidents.• Keep children and bystanders away while operating the aluminum cargo carrier. Distractionscan cause you to lose control, so visitors should remain at a safe distance from the work area.• Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes and other mechanical hazards inyour work area, particularly those hazards below the work surface hidden from the operator’sview that may be unintentionally contacted and may cause personal harm or property damage.• Be alert of your surroundings. Using the aluminum cargo carrier in confined work areas mayput you dangerously close to cutting tools and rotating parts.PERSONAL SAFETY• S tay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using the aluminum cargocarrier. Do not use the aluminum cargo carrier while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating an aluminum cargo carrier mayresult in serious personal injury.• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothingand gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in movingparts.• Use safety apparel and equipment. Use safety goggles or safety glasses with side shieldswhich comply with current national standards, or when needed, a face shield. Use as dust maskin dusty work conditions. This applies to all persons in the work area. Also use non-skid safetyshoes, hardhat, gloves, dust collection systems, and hearing protection when appropriate. ALUMINUM CARGO CARRIER USE AND CARE• Do not modify the aluminum cargo carrier in any way. Unauthorized modification may impai rthe function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment. There are specificapplications for which the aluminum cargo carrier was designed.• Always check of damaged or worn out parts before using the aluminum cargo carrier.Broken parts will affect the aluminum cargo carrier operation. Replace or repair damaged or wornparts immediately.• Do not exceed the aluminum cargo carrier load capacity.• Distribute the load evenly. Uneven loads may cause the aluminum cargo carrier to tip, resul tingin personal injury to the operator or others. To minimize the effects of dynamic loading, makesure the load is centered on the carrier.• Use the aluminum cargo carrier on flat and level surfaces capable of supporting thealuminum cargo carrier and its maximum load. Pulling or pushing a load on a slanted or unevensurface can result in loss of control.• Prior to transporting a load, make sure the Ramp of the carrier is folded and secured. The loaditself must also be properly secured to the carrier.• Store idle the aluminum cargo carrier. When the aluminum cargo carrier is not in use, store itin a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior tostorage and before re-use.WARNING: Flammable cargo can ignite from exposure to heat. Be aware of the possible fire risk and property damage resulting from the vehicle’s exhaust system pointing at or running near the cargo in the carrier. Install front panel (2), back panel (3) and side rail (4) to carrier base (1) with M5x10 hex bolt (5) and M5 lock nut (6), insert ring (7) into the holes on carrier base, tighten with M6 washer (8) and M6 lock nut (9). See FIG 1.2. Install longer hinge (12) to the upper corner piece of carrier, and then install the UL hinge (14) to the lower corner of the carrier, align the holes, put the support sleeve (13) in the middle of longer hinge (12) and UL hinge (14), align the holes, insert M8x215 allen bolt (10) through pin assembly (11), longer hinge (12), support sleeve (13) and UL hinge (14) with M8 lock nut (15) and then tighten. See FIG 2.FIG: 1FIG: 23. Install support bracket (16) under the carrier base (1) with M8x45 allen bolt (17), M8 washer (18) and M8 lock nut (15), then tighten. See FIG 3.Remark: pin assembly (11) need to be inserted into the hole as below.FIG: 34. Install ramp (19) with UL hinge (14), tighten with M10x30 allen bolt (20), washer (21) and M10 lock nut (22). 介损测量是绝缘试验中很基本的方法,可以有效地发现电器设备绝缘的整体受潮劣化变质,以及局部缺陷等。
在电工制造、电气设备安装、交接和预防性试验中都广泛应用。
变压器、互感器、电抗器、电容器以及套管、避雷器等介损的测量是衡量其绝缘性能的最基本方法。
HM5006抗干扰介质损耗测试仪突破了传统的电桥测量方式,采用变频电源技术,利用单片机、和现代化电子技术进行自动频率变换、模/数转换和数据运算;达到抗干扰能力强、测试速度快、精度高、全自动数字化、操作简便;电源采用大功率开关电源,输出45Hz和55Hz 纯正弦波,自动加压,可提供最高10千伏的电压;自动滤除50Hz干扰,适用于变电站等电磁干扰大的现场测试。
广泛适用于电力行业中变压器、互感器、套管、电容器、避雷器等设备的介损测量。
