Step 3: Application Submission.

The applicant must submit the application documents to

The application can be submitted in person, by mail, or online.

The FETC will review the application and supporting

documents for completeness and compliance with the

regulations.

Step 4: Examination and Approval.

The FETC will conduct an examination of the

applicant's business activities, financial status, and

other relevant factors.

The FETC may request additional information or

documentation from the applicant during the examination

process.

If the applicant meets all the requirements, the FETC

will issue a Foreign Business License.

Step 5: Business Registration.

Once the Foreign Business License is obtained, the applicant must register the business with the local工商局

(Industry and Commerce Bureau).

The registration process includes providing additional

information about the business, such as the business scope,

legal representative, and registered address.

The工商局 will issue a Business License upon

successful registration.

Step 6: Post-Approval Compliance.

The foreign business must comply with ongoing

submit annual reports to the relevant authorities.

employment, and environmental protection.
