ZF6-72.5,126(L)/2500-40型气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备介绍一．概述气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备是我国城市电网改造不可缺少的重要开关设备。
ZF6-72.5，126(L)/2000,2500,3150-31.5,40型气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备是我公司二十世纪八十年代从日本国日立制作所引进技术，独立生产的三相一壳型结构的开关设备。
由断路器（配电机储能弹簧操动机构或弹簧储能液压操动机构）、隔离开关（配电动机操动机构或电动弹簧操动机构）、接地开关（配电动机操动机构或电动弹簧操动机构）、电流互感器、电压互感器、避雷器、电缆终端、出线套管、母线等元件组成一个运行系统，它可以完成对供电系统的控制、检测、保护、传输等。
近年来，由于社会经济的快速发展，人民生活水平的大幅度提高，对用电量的需求也迅速增加，广大用户对断路器的开断能力提出了更高的要求。
为了适应市场发展和更好地满足用户的要求，我公司又开发研制了额定短路开断电流40kA的断路器,在国家级的“机械工业高压电器产品质量检测中心（沈阳）完成了规定的型式试验。
已通过国家机械工业局及国家电力公司的联合鉴定，投入市场运行后，受到广大用户的积极肯定。
二．产品的构造2.1产品构造特点1)优异的故障电流开断能力：GIS核心部件断路器的灭弧室采用当代国际上先进的单压式双向同步气吹方式，对恢复电压上升率很高的近区故障和恢复电压峰值很高的失步故障，以及异相接地等故障，都具有优良的开断能力。
2)灭弧喷口材质优异，耐受电弧烧损能力强，绝缘性能高。
3)同时又具有良好的开合小电流性能。
开合感性电流时，操作过电压在2倍以下；开合容性电流时，无重燃和重击穿现象产生。
4)产品绝缘水平高：盆式绝缘子和支持绝缘子均在德国海德里希公司引进的真空浇注生产线上制成，从材料到成品经过数十次检查试验，其中不少项目为沈高特有，保证了制品高质量高性能。
5)另外，它还具有三相共箱式GIS结构紧凑，占地面积小、占用空间少、性能优良、现场安装方便、运行安全可靠、无火灾危险、安装维护费用低安装维护费用低、周期长、使用寿命长等优点，是城网改造、冶金、化工等部门不可缺少的电气设备。

1.2 正常工作条件a) 海拔不超过2000M；气压为（0.8～1.1）×105 Pa；b) 周围空气温度为-5～40℃；c) 在有沼气与煤尘爆炸性混合物的矿井中；d) 周围空气相对湿度不大于95％（+25℃）；e) 无破坏绝缘的气体或蒸汽的环境中；f) 无显著摇动和冲击振动的地方；g) 能防止滴水的地方；h) 与水平面安装倾斜度不超过15°；i）安装类别Ⅲ类，污染等级3级。
1.3 防爆型式：矿用隔爆兼本质安全型防爆标志：Exd[ib]I1.4 产品规格每组开关有三个工作回路，每一回路分为二个工作支路，共六个工作支路，每一工作支路单独有一组微电脑控制组件。
每一工作回路（由一台400A的隔离换向开关控制），共有三台400A的隔离换向开关和六个工作支路，可以控制三台双速电动机或六台单速电动机。

LW30-126户外高压自能式SF6断路器1 概述1.1 LW30-126户外高压六氟化硫断路器是三相交流50Hz的户外高压开关设备，适用于126kV输变电系统的控制和保护；也可作为联络断路使用及开合电容器组的场合。
1.2 LW30-126型断路器采用了“热膨胀+助吹”的自能式灭弧原理，配用一台CT26型弹簧操动机构。
该断路器获得了国家实用新型专利（专利号：ZL01 2 62031.9）。
1.3 断路器符合GB1984-2003《交流高压断路器》，并满足国际电工委员会标准IEC62271-100:2001《高压开关设备和控制设备—第100部分：高压交流断路器》的要求。
1.4 断路器的主要特点：该断路器采用自能式灭弧原理，开断性能优良；燃弧时间短，电寿命长，操作噪音小。
采用绝缘及灭弧性能优异的SF6气体作为绝缘灭弧介质，无燃烧、爆炸危险，可用于人口密集地区。
断路器配用弹簧操动机构，结构简单紧凑，安全可靠。

注：表中参数在组装时测量，序号1用测得的主拐臂行程102±2mm乘以1.27而得知；序号4用对灯法检测，当手力合闸操作时灯亮后用主拐臂的剩余行程乘以1.27即为断路器接触

4 结构与工作原理
4.1总体布置
ZF6-72.5,126型六氟化硫封闭式组合电器包括断路器、隔离开关、接地开关、母线、电压互感器、电流互感器、套管、电缆终端、避雷器等元件。
它可以根据用户的不同要求组合成单母线、双母线、母线分段等不同接线方式、典型布置图见图4.1,外形尺寸见表4.1。
