冰箱、冰柜、冷柜安全操作规程范本一、前言冰箱、冰柜、冷柜是商业场所以及家庭中常见的储存食品和保鲜食品的设备。
为了确保冰箱、冰柜、冷柜的正常运行以及保障操作人员的安全,制定本安全操作规程范本。
二、冰箱、冰柜、冷柜的基本介绍1. 冰箱:用于在家庭或办公场所储存冷饮、食品等物品的设备,一般使用家用电源供电。
2. 冰柜:用于在商业场所存储和展示冷饮、食品等物品的设备,一般采用商业电源供电。
3. 冷柜:用于在食品企业或超市等地储存大量冷冻食品的设备,一般采用商业电源供电。
三、冰箱、冰柜、冷柜的安全操作规程1. 仅熟悉操作规程的人员可以操控冰箱、冰柜、冷柜,未经许可不得擅自操作。
2. 在操作之前,务必确认电源开关是否关闭,以免触电或造成短路。
3. 不得在冰箱、冰柜、冷柜上堆放过高或超重的物品,以免造成设备倾倒或损坏。
4. 定期检查冰箱、冰柜、冷柜的电线是否磨损或老化,如有异常情况及时更换。
5. 清洁冰箱、冰柜、冷柜时,务必先切断电源,并使用干净的湿布擦拭,不得用水直接冲洗。

四、紧急处理措施1. 如发生冷库着火,应立即报警并按照现场紧急处理措施进行疏散和灭火。

冷藏柜使用操纵规程之五兆芳芳创作

冰柜使用说明书第一篇:冰柜使用说明书冰柜使用说明书1、冰箱在搬运、放置过程中倾斜角不要超过45度。
长途运输的冷柜应放置2小时后方可通电使用,以防止系统压力过高而损坏。
第一次使用应当先让空柜运行1小时,当箱内温度下降后再放物品。
2、冰箱应选择远离热源、避免阳光直射、通风较好、较干燥的地方放(1)应安放在远离热源,不受阳光直射的地方,因工作时需要与外界进行热交换,既通过冷凝器向外界散热,外界环境温度越高,散热越慢,会使冰箱工作时间越长,增大耗电量,制冷效果差。
(2)应安放在湿度小的地方,由于电冰箱、冰柜外壳,冷凝器和压缩机等均是金属材料,如果空气湿度太大,会使这些部件生锈,缩短电冰箱的使用寿命。
同时潮湿过热环境,会造成电冰箱表面凝露,影响电器性能。
(3)应安放在通风良好的地方,如果电冰箱、冰柜周围堆满杂物,或者靠墙太近,不利于散热会影响制冷效果。
电冰箱背面和两侧面应留有至少10CM的空间,以利散热。
(4)应安放在平坦坚实的地面上,并使压缩机保持水平。
这不仅出于安全的需要,而且可使压缩机平稳工作,减少震动和噪音。
(5)请勿损坏电源线绝缘层,不得重压电线,不得自行随意更改或加长电源线。
(6)检查无误后,电冰箱、冰柜静置半小时,接通电源,仔细听压缩机在启动和运行时的声音是否正常,是否有管路互相碰击的声音,如果噪音过大,检查产品是否摆放平稳,各个管路是否接触,并做相应的调整。
若有较大的异常声音,应立即切断电源,与专业的修理人员联系。

温度调节:
温度旋钮:
用来调节冰箱内温度,旋钮上的数字不代表具体温度,在相同的室内温度下,数字越大,箱内温度越低;数字越小,箱内温度越高。
0”为停机点,这时冰箱不运转;117”为强冷点,在需要加速制冷的时候使用。
一般冬天宜将旋钮调到”1~4"之间;夏天宜将旋钮调到”4~7”之间。
使用注意事项:
制冰室用来冰冻或储藏食品和制取少量冰块,不得存放玻璃瓶装或灌装密封液体物品,以免由于液体冻结后,体积膨胀而破裂。
冰盒用于制取冰块,注入五分之四容量的凉开水,置于制室,紧贴底部就可以制取冰块,若要加速制冰,应将温度旋钮旋到强制冷点”7"处。
取冰块时,只需扭动冰盒就可以使冰块与冰盒分离。
但切勿折弯冰盒,以免断裂。
制冰时间较长,取冰时不可直接用手握住冰盒,以免冻伤。
接水盒盛接化霜水,务必定时检查接水盘中的化霜水,及时把化霜水倒掉,以免溢落于冰箱内和地板上,造成漏电和生锈。
门封起密封保温作用,使用时要防止油渍弄脏和变形。
物品不宜摆放过密,以利于冷气循环。
热的食品应冷却至室温再放入冰箱。
减少开关们的次数及时间以减少冷气流失。
可以洗涤的食品最好先洗净,擦干水分后贮藏。
若接到停电通知,可提前将2~3小时将温度旋钮旋到强冷点”7”,并尽可能的做制去冰块置于冷藏室内。
停电后尽可能减少开门次数。
若停电时间过长,再次解冻电源前,请把接水盘的化霜水倒掉,并检查是否霜水残积在制冰室和箱内底面上,如有,务必清除掉。

凡属下列情况者须核收材料费和检修工时费:1、反操作规程造成的损坏;2、采用不配套的其他零配件;3、安装和使用不符合说明书的要求,如电压缺相、电压值超差或其他自然事故造成的损坏。
图1 整体结构图2 电气原理(2)制冷工作原理:制冷系统由图3所示,它由压缩机、冷凝器、储液器、干燥过滤器、热力膨冷却物体的热量而蒸发汽化,使柜内温度不断下降,物体被冷却。
汽化后的低压过热蒸汽再被压缩机吸入、压缩、排出,如此周而复始不断循环,达到制冷目的。
图3 制冷原理四、主要零部件名称及其功能:1、压缩机:压缩和输送制冷剂蒸汽,是整个制冷系统的心脏部件。
2、冷凝器:将来自压缩机的高温高压气体的制冷剂,经空气强迫冷却后变成高压常温的液态制冷剂。
3、膨胀阀:把高压常温的液态制冷剂降压节流成低压低温制冷剂。
4、温控器:调节柜内所需的温度,及开关动作。
5、吸、排气截止阀:分别与压缩机的吸、排管道相连通,吸气截止阀接通冷凝器,截止阀的多用通道可供连接压力表,制冷系统发生故障时修理人员可凭此分析其原因,并进行修复。
吸气截止阀的多用通道还可供充注制冷剂。
6、温度控制器:调节柜内温度范围及开、关动作。
五、产品使用要求与方法:1、搬运时,应尽量使箱体保持正直,倾斜以60°为限,切忌倒置或横放。

第1篇一、总则为确保冰箱冰柜设备的安全、有效运行,防止事故发生,保障员工及顾客的人身安全和财产安全,特制定本操作规程。
二、设备要求1. 冰箱冰柜设备必须专人负责,操作、维修及保养。
2. 操作人员需经过安全培训,取得上岗证,并熟悉《使用说明书》,了解设备的基本结构和性能,熟练掌握操作规程。
三、操作规程1. 设备放置:冰箱冰柜应放置在平整、牢固的平面上,保持通风良好,远离热源、湿气、油烟。
两侧以及背面或墙壁距离不得少于10cm,顶部不得放置其他发热物品和杂物。
2. 温度设置:冷冻室保持零下10度至零下15度,冷藏室保持零度至零下3度。
3. 食品存放:冷冻和冷藏食品必须严格区分开,不得混放。
对生热区进行标识。
菜品按先进先出分类,按菜品质的上下堆码存放,按销售量灵活存放,按食品生熟类别存放。
若有味道较重的物品必须包装后方可进入冰箱以免串味。
4. 顶部物品:冰箱冰柜顶部禁止堆放其他物品,以免影响正常使用。
5. 门的使用:冰箱冰柜门使用时即开机关,操作轻便。
6. 私人物品:冰箱冰柜正当使用,不得存放私人物品和与经营无关的其他物品。
7. 过热过湿物品:过热过湿的物品待冷却或包装后方可进入冰箱。
8. 停电处理:在停电情况下尽量减少冰箱的开启次数。
9. 异常处理:操作过程中出现任何异常现象,应马上切断电源停机,通报上级主管处理,不得私自开机维修。
四、设备维护与保养1. 定期检查:操作人员需定期检查冰箱冰柜设备,确保设备运行正常。
2. 除霜:冷冻冷藏柜必须经常检查,定期除霜,保持霜簿冷冻有效,并且柜内不得有血污,不得存放非食品。
3. 清洁:冰柜、冷冻冷藏柜必须保持外观整洁,运转正常。
4. 保养:操作人员需按照《使用说明书》进行设备保养,确保设备使用寿命。
五、附则1. 本规程适用于所有冰箱冰柜设备操作人员。
2. 操作人员应严格遵守本规程,确保设备安全、有效运行。

Pictures of both unit andcrating may be requested.LOCATION OF OPEN DISPLAY MERCHANDISEROpen Display Merchandisers are designed to be in an area that is ambient 80 degrees Fahrenheit (dry bulb) or colder with 55 percent relative humidity. If the installed unit is in a warm ambient area, it may not be as effective. Position the Merchandiser at its final location before removing the shipping skid. There are four bolts at the bottom of the merchandiser that secure the shipping skid. Remove all four bolts to remove the skid. Allow three inches of space from the wall to the back of the merchandiser. Condenser is located to the front. Do NOT block inlet.LEVELING THE OPEN DISPLAY MERCHANDISERFour leveling legs are provided to level your Merchandiser. Use a leveler to ensure the unit is evenly leveled on all four corners. If the unit is not leveled correctly, excess water buildup will not drain properly. 二、安放冰柜注意事项
1、应安放在远离热源,不受阳光直射的地方,因工作时需要与外界进行热交换,既通过冷凝器向外界散热,外界环境温度越高,散热越慢,会使电冰箱和冰柜工作时间越长,增大耗电量,制冷效果差。
2、应安放在湿度小的地方,由于电冰箱、冰柜外壳,冷凝器和压缩机等均是金属材料,如果空气湿度太大,会使这些部件生锈,缩短电冰箱的使用寿命。
同时潮湿过热环境,会造成冰柜表面凝露,影响电器性能。
3、应安放在通风良好的地方,如果冰柜周围堆满杂物,或者靠墙太近,不利于
散热会影响制冷效果。
冰柜顶面应留有至少30CM高度的空间,背面和两侧面应留有至少10CM的空间,以利散热。
