本设备基本不需要维修或调节。
警告在没有通读本说明书前，请勿安装、操作、维修、调节本设备。
本说明书含重要的安全材料，请通读并遵从说明书中的安全规程。
请妥善保存本说明书，若因损坏或赃污而无法使用，请替换本说明书。
1.2验收注意检查设备，任何因运输造成的损坏应立刻向托运人反映，损坏报告单应由托运人填写。
需售后服务时应提供：设备型号、产品序列号、操作作压力、进气温度、故障现象。
请参照控制面板上的干燥机工作参数铭牌。
1.3安全规程在使用空压机压缩空气处理辅助设备时请遵守基本的安全规则，并注意以下内容：1.3.1通读本说明书中所有规程1.3.2电器接线及断路器：电器接线、断路器与期它元件必须符合地方政府及国家标准。
在任何情况下，若本设备或其它压缩空气处理部件被摔坏或损伤，请不要操作本设备，注意许可的调试、修理或调节设备的权限。
警告安装或操作本设备时，应符合国家标准及地方政府标准的要求。
1.3.3采用合适的部件与附件：在压缩空气系统中，请勿采用不能承受系统最大工作压力的部件与附件。
1.3.4通过阀门缓慢释放空气压力：快速移动的压缩空气会激起有害的粉尘与碎物，应当缓慢释放空气压力以免对人体造成伤害。
1.3.5可靠的排水系统：将来冷干机接出的排水管道牢固地固定在地面或下水道止，若不固定，周期性通过的高压空气可能会造成水管的剧烈抖动，而对人体造成伤害。
DJKG-A型空气干燥器使用说明书DJKG-A型空气干燥器是东风7型内燃机车为清洁干燥制动系统压缩空气而设的装置，经该装置处理后的压缩空气，进入总风缸可以达到下述净化指标：1.含油率低于10PPM;2.含尘埃的颗粒度不大于20";3.相对湿度低于35%。
采用此装置，将可避免机车空气制动系统中的风缸、管道及各阀类出现凝结水、冰、锈蚀、杂物，以防止由此而发生的制动失灵故障。
一、性能：1.DJKG-A型空气干燥器是与空气压缩机同步工作的单塔无热再生空气干燥装置。
2.DJKG-A型空气干燥器须安装在机车总风缸之前，空压机出气要经过管道冷却以使进入干燥器的空气温度降至低于55C,且比环境温度最高不大于20Co3.DJKG-A型空气干燥器，由滤清筒、再生风缸和排气电磁阀等组成，其结构简单，作用可靠，检修方便，排污性能好。

7球型分子筛或球形活性氧化铝再生方式：无热、常压进气温度：5~55c三、空气干燥系统的组成及工作原理：1.压缩空气须经过冷却、滤清和干燥三个环节来净化。
空气干燥器要安装在总风缸之前，以解决总风缸及风压系统的排水和锈蚀，同时还可以使空气压缩机达到无负荷情况下启动。
2.DJKG-A型空气干燥器的工作是与空气压缩机的工况相联系的，它的工作状态是通过风泵调压器来控制的。
风泵调压器是将总风缸压力转变为电控信号的装置，当总风缸压力达到800KPa时，调压器发出断电信号，当总风缸压力低于750KPa时，调压器发出通电信号，通断电信号通过中间继电器及接触器来控制压缩机的启动与停止，同时控制空气干燥器的工作。
3.空气的干燥过程是空气压缩机开启后（图一），压缩空气经过冷却管进入滤清筒，将油雾、水分、尘埃过滤后，再进入干燥筒，空气中的水分子被干燥剂吸附后，干燥清洁的压缩空气从干燥筒下端经止回阀进入总风缸，此工作过程为空气的干燥过程。
SLAD冷冻式压缩空气干燥机操作使用说明书一\开机前的检查1\检查制冷系统:观察设备仪表板上的冷媒高\低压表读数,两表在一定压力下达到平衡,而这平衡压力是根据周围温度的高低而上下波动,一般在().2 检查电源电压是否正常, SLAD-0.5NF为AC220V/50HZ±5%.3 检查空气管路是否正常,空气进口压力不得超过选型时的工作压力,进气温度尽量不超过选型时的确定值.4 处理量30立方及以上的冷干机装有压缩机加热器,在设备首次使用开机前必须加热(接通电源,加热器自动加热)8小时以上,以保证压缩机油腔内的油温至少高于环境温度10,否则,压缩机将会严重损坏.5若选用的水冷式,还应检查冷却水是否已经接至冷凝器,冷却水是否正常,水压为0.2MPa～0.4MPa,水温≤32℃。
二、常规控制仪表说明：冷媒低压表：（压力露点表）：指示蒸发器内冷媒的饱和压力值。
冷媒高压表：指示冷媒的冷凝压力值。
空气出口压力表：指示压缩空气在冷干机出口处的压力值。
转换开关（黑色旋钮）：就地/远程转换。
待启动指示灯（绿）：按下启动按钮后此灯亮，5分钟后压缩机启动后暗掉。
启动按钮（绿）：按下按钮，则冷干机被接通电源开始运转工作。
停机按钮（红）：按下此按钮则冷干机停止工作。
电源指示灯（红）：电源接通合上空气开关后此灯亮。
运行指示灯（绿）：此灯亮则表示冷干机正在运转工作。
冷媒高低压故障指示灯（黄）：此灯亮则表明冷干机的高低压保护开关跳脱，需停机检查。
电机过载故障指示灯（黄）：此灯亮则表示压缩机工作电流过载，过载继电器已跳脱，需停机检查。
三冷干机的启动过程1.接通电源，合上空气开关，此时设备仪表上的电源指示灯（红）亮。
2.打开冷却水进出阀门。
3.按下绿色启动按钮，接触器吸合，待启动指示灯（绿）亮，5分钟后待启动指示灯（绿）灭，压缩机开始运转，运行指示灯（绿）亮。
4.检查压缩机运转是否正常，有无异常响声，冷媒低压表指针是否下降至表上正常范围内（R22制冷剂）。
冷冻式压缩空气干燥机使用说明书一、冷干机产品介绍1.1 工作原理冷冻式压缩空气干燥机(简称冷干机)是根据冷冻除湿原理，将压缩空气强制冷却到要求的露点温度以下，从而将其中所含的大量水蒸气，油雾冷凝成液滴,通过气液分离，由排水器排出机外，使压缩空气干燥的一种新型设备,经冷干机处理后的压缩空气(7kgf/cm2)，其干燥度可以达到大气露点-23℃左右。
冷干机由制冷系统、空气流通与热交换系统、气水分离系统、电气控制系统四部分组成，图1是冷干机工艺流程图（根据不同冷干机规格，配置是变化的）。
1.2 流程说明：A 压缩空气系统与热交换系统及气水分离系统：(1)湿热的压缩空气进入冷干机，首先在预冷器中与低温干燥的压缩空气进行热交换，使温度下降，有部分水份凝结成液体，然后进入蒸发器筒体中；在预冷器中低温空气得到了升温，避免了因出口空气温度太低而使下游输气管外壁结露。
(2)被预冷后的压缩空气进入蒸发器筒体中，被氟利昂制冷系统强制冷却到2～10℃，使其中的水蒸汽进一步凝结出来,然后进入气液分离器中。
(3)经过气液分离器分离，液态的水油尘埃杂质流入自动排水器中，由自动控制排水器把它排出系统外。
(4)经分离液滴后的空气干燥度达到压力露点2～10℃(在0.7Mpa 压力下，相当于大气露点-23℃左右)，然后低温干燥空气再回到预冷器中和入口湿热空气进行交换，温度得到回升后，送出冷干机。
B 制冷系统(1)制冷压缩机排出的高温高压的气态冷媒,经过冷凝器(风冷或水冷)的冷却后,形成高压的液态冷媒。
(2)液态冷媒经过干燥过滤处理，除去冷媒中的杂质和水份，送入热力膨胀阀或毛细管中。
(3)高压液态冷媒，经热力膨胀阀或毛细管节流后送入蒸发器中，吸收压缩空气的热量而蒸发变成气态冷媒。
(4)气态冷媒被制冷压缩机吸回，进行再压缩，实现一个制冷循环。
(5)在制冷循环中，同时还伴有冷冻机油的循环和一些保护压缩机正常工作的辅助措施。
(6)在制冷循环中，通过热气旁通阀来自动控制和调节蒸发器的冷量输出，以适应压缩空气的热负荷的变化，确保压缩空气被冷却后的温度不低于0℃防止凝结水结冰而堵塞气路。
使用说明书压缩空气干燥机1.校准及设备使用1.1.0 操作指令本手册中所描述的干燥机已安全通过使用。
设置过程参数后,只需要简单地检查储存仓库的仓储量或贮存容器中被干燥和吸入料的周期性变化，以便于吸料系统在干燥筒内部可以维持一个恒定标准。
此设备基本操作程序已设定，可根据客户的特殊需求进行修改。

◆组合式干燥器在电力驱动下运行，请按国家电力标准进行安装。
◆在进行任何电气检修工作前，务必切断总电源。
◆在进行空气管路、阀件（冷凝水系统）检修前，务必泄放完该处空气压力。
◆在进行制冷管路阀件检修前，务必泄放完该处制冷剂。
◆请在安全模式下操作所有设备，并有专人负责。
1.0 工作原理及流程组合式干燥器是合理的将冷冻干燥器和吸附干燥器结合在一起，通过冷干器处理后的压缩空气，压力露点在5℃左右，含水量相当少约5.6 g/m3，温度比进口温度低约10℃，此时进吸附干燥器继续进行深层吸附。
因此组合式干燥器可以达到-60℃稳定的露点。
进吸附干燥器前已经通过冷干器将一部分水除去，减轻了吸附干燥器工作量，因此，吸附干燥器的切换时间可以延长，从而减少耗气量，延长吸附剂的使用寿命。
以上流程图只作参考。

2.0 安装2.1位置1．组合式干燥器应安装在环境温度为2～40℃，四周通风良好、空气洁净的建筑物内。
当室内通风条件不良时，需在机房内安装换气排风设备；2．组合式干燥器与空压机之间应保持一定距离，以防止空压机产生的振动影响组合式压缩空气干燥器的正常运行；3．组合式干燥器应水平安装在平整的水泥地面上； 4．组合式干燥器在压缩空气系统中的布置可参考下图固体尘＜μ1m≤./01P P M w w 残余含油量固体尘＜μ2m ≤ /P P M w w2残余含油量组合式干燥器2.2 配管1. 注意压缩空气接入口和出口的接口位置是否正确；2. 组合式干燥器串接在气源系统中，最好在空气入口和出口之间并联旁路管道，中间设截止阀以供调试、维修时使用；3. 管径配置不要太小，尽量减少管路弯头，选用全开型阀门等，皆可减少压降，避免引起大的压降；4. 管道安装完毕后，最好能通入压缩空气，检查空气管道、法兰接口和排水器有无空气泄漏，若有泄漏，及时排除故障； 2.3 电源及配线1．应按铭牌上标定之电压、相数、容量配置电源，电源线勿使用太细； 2．电压波动范围不得超过额定电压的10%，其值如下：220V 时，电压的范围208-230V ； 380V 时，电压的范围342-418V 。

⑦．时钟时间校正设定：（设定范：２４小时实时时间）在上电状态下，按一下“时间ＳＥＴ”键，设定灯亮，进入设定状态，PV显示器显示“TNE”字样，此时“ＴＩＭＥ”显示器闪动，此时按“加键”或“减键”和“移位键”可修改当前实时时间值。
再按一下“时间ＳＥＴ”键，PV显示器显示“DAY”，系统进入星期校正，此时按“加键”或“减键”和“移位键”可调整当前为星期几，范围（1～7）⑧．自动运行方式：当一周预约时间设置好后，按下“手/自动键”此时”手/自灯亮”，系统按设置好的一周预约时间，运行。

一、Q1E-FF-1608运行开始前：

二、Q1E-FF-1608的操作步骤：
1．首先按下空气干燥机“ON”按钮，然后让空气干燥机运行5分钟以上。
