2013-2014下学期四年级组工作总结杨庄社区学校吴兴梅一学期以来,在学校各级领导的指导下,我们四年级组能有计划、有步骤地开展各项工作,全体老师能积极配合,顺利开展好各项工作。
以学校的德育教育为前提,抓好本年级学生的各项行为规范。
促进每个学生健康活泼地成长。
现对本学期年级组工作总结如下:一、注重平时,悉心教育为了四年级的每一位的学生,四年级的语数英任课老师积极深入课堂教学的研究,毫无怨言地放弃休息的时间为学生补缺补差,许多教师几乎是天天早出晚归,披星戴月回家的,为的只是不让一名学困生掉队。
当个别的学生出现学习态度不端正的时候,我们的班主任就会静下心来细心教育,耐心开导,动之以情、晓之以理,不厌其烦地为学生讲解题目。
根据学生实际情况还主动进行家访,与家长一起商量对策,帮助孩子找到努力学习的方向。
即使碰到不讲理的家长,这些教师也能以较高的素养与姿态,一如既往地认真辅导学生,真真切切地展现了教师无私奉献的职业道德。
二、勤奋务实,稳中求进本学期,我们四年级组的全体老师全心全意地做好教学常规工作。
每位老师精心备好每一堂课,组织好课堂教学,想方设法调动学生的情感,创造良好的课堂气氛,注意培养学生的学习兴趣、学习能力。
为了减轻学生的负担,也为了学校节约能源,许多教师都是自己出小练习,结合课堂上讲练,精心设计布置家庭作业,做到作业少而精,既减轻学生的负担,又提高学习效率。
尤其是期末的复习阶段,每一位语数英的任课老师用他们的真心、爱心不放弃任何一个学生,尽心尽力帮他们补习。
在班级管理上,各位班主任根据本班的情况,制订班级发展计划,有步骤地采取了一系列措施。
结合学校每周的行规训练重点对学生进行行为规范养成教育。
当然,对于学生的安全教育一直是一个不容忽视的重点,在本学期的“逃生消防演习”中,本年级的每位教师和学生都非常重视,使这次的逃生演习非常成功。

杨庄社区学校吴兴梅本学期我担任了四年级,五年级三个班的英语课,可以这样说一个学期以来,我在自己的工作岗位上尽职尽责,兢兢业业,为人师表。
下面结合本学期教学工作实践做以下总结:
一、师德表现
1、注重自己的言行,因为我深知教师的言行,学生极易照样接受,很少去鉴别,因而,我本着要对学生的一生负责,认识到必须要正视自己的言行。
以身作则,才能为人师表。
要求学生做到的,自己必须先做到。
如果言行脱节,说做不一,或者是要求学生这样做,自己却那样做,只能引起学生反感,造成恶劣影响。
我坚信拥有健康的人格品位,才能在学生中树立威信、得到敬重,起到榜样作用。
2、坚持听课,一学期共听英语、语文、数学等20节不同年级段的课,并作认真记录,学习各组教师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式,并抓住每次外出到兄弟学校听课的机会,取长补短,收获不少。
3、工作中注重对学生全面素质的培养,我个人认为教书固然重要,但育人更为重要。
学生的学习品质,学生的人格情操,都是为人师者不容忽视的。
所以我平时注重在教授学生知识的同时引导学生做人,这是学生在英语课堂外的收获,更是学生天天收到的最大的益处。
二、英语教学工作
我所任教的是四年级两个班的英语教学工作。
我根据他们各自不同的特征因材施教,着重注意做到以下几点:
1.深入细致地备好每一节课。
在教学中我严格遵从教学的五个环节,课前认真备课,做到既备教材又备学生,因材施教,努力实施课
堂改革,积极探索小学英语快乐课堂;在备课中,我认真研究教材,力求准确把握重点,难点,并注重参阅各种资料,制定符合学生认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。
注意弱化难点强调重点。
教前教后都做认真反思,不断归纳总结以提高教学水平。
2.认真上好每一节课。
我在英语课堂采用多样化活动教学,把音乐、简单的动作、游戏、比赛等融入到课堂中,激发学生的求知欲,活跃课堂气氛,最大限度地让学生在轻松自主的学习氛围中快乐求知,轻松学习,不断地鼓励自己“English, I Can do”“English, I Can Say”。
3.认真及时批改作业,并把每次作业完成情况做详细记录,以便及时地跟家长进行沟通和交流,对完成较好的孩子给予适当的表扬和鼓励;注意听取学生的意见,及时了解学生的学习情况,并有目的的对学生进行辅导。
4、积极配合英语组参与校内外举办的英语活动等。
总之、一学期以来,本人勤勤垦垦地做好各项教学工作,孜孜不倦地传授给学生各种英语会话知识,努力开发快乐课堂,取得了一定的成效,学生的成绩也有了很大的提高。
