除传统方法外,近年来在油脂界运用较多的结构X-衍射和NMR方法也为这个范围带来了庞大变化。
本文综述了迄今为止常用的研讨脂肪酸与蛋白质结合的方法并对一些最新停顿停止了剖析。
关键词:脂肪酸蛋白质FABPsAbstract: The interactions of fatty acids with proteins have been studied by a variety of conventional approaches for decades. In addition to traditional methods, the application of techniques of structural biology such as X-ray crystal and NMR has brought about dramatic advances in this important area of lipid research. Keywords: fatty acid; protein; fatty acid-binding proteins数十年以来脂肪酸与蛋白质间作用力均用各种传统方法停止研讨,且所失掉的有效信息较少。
近些年来,结构生物学方法如X-衍射和NMR法的运用对这一范围的油脂研讨带来了庞大变化。
几种蛋白质的高分辨率的X-衍射和NMR图谱提醒了蛋白质的完整三级结构以及其与脂肪酸的相互作用方式。
本文对目前常用的FABP检测方法如免疫检测法、X-衍射法、核磁共振(NMR)法及传统剖析方法等及其研讨停顿停止了综述。
文中所总结的结合脂肪酸的蛋白质有罕见的人血洁白蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白。
迄今为止已有至少17种脂肪结合蛋白被明白鉴定[1],而其中至少10种都属于脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)[2]。

教学法在护理管理学教学中的应用效果㊂[方法]选择我院2010级护理专业本科1班护生54名为观察组,2010级护理专业本科2班护生50名为对照组㊂两组护理管理学均在第3学年第2学期完成,学时㊁授课教师㊁考核方式完全相同,对照组与观察组理论教学进度一致,教学中期(护理人力资源管理章节)对照组按照惯例制作护理人员排班表,观察组采用S e m -i n a r 护理管理学是护理本科核心课程㊂在以往的护理人力资源管理实验教学中,护生根据教师给定的资料进行护理人员排班,训练内容单一,护生缺乏兴趣,教学效果不理想㊂S e m i n a r 教学法被认为是西方教育的精华,是目前欧美大学的一种主流教学方式[1]㊂国内教育者在本科生[26]和硕士生[7,8]专业授课中应用S e m i n a r 教学法取得了良好效果㊂本研究尝试在护理管理教学中期的实验课教学中采用S e m i n a r 教学法,取得了较好效果㊂1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 将我院2010级护理专业本科1班护生54名作为观察组,2010级护理专业本科2班护生50名为对照组㊂两组年龄㊁教育背景㊁学制㊁入学成绩以及前两学年平均成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)㊂1.2 教学方法 两组护理管理学均在第3学年第2学期完成,学时㊁授课教师㊁考核方式完全相同,对照组与观察组理论教学进度一致,教学中期(护理人力资源管理章节)对照组按照惯例制作护理人员排班表,观察组采用S e m i n a r 教学,学时均为3次课共9学时㊂1.2.1 S e m i n a r 教学方法 ①组建S e m i n a r 教学团队:由课程授课老师和临床护理管理者共同组成S e m -i n a r 教学实践:课前1周教师布置调研主题(附属医院某科室目前护理人员配备情况;护理岗位分类及职责;护士培训计划的制订;培训方法;考核方法;护士职业规划;护士招聘;护理岗位分类及职责;护理工作模式),每组选择一个主题调研㊂要求每组成员有具体分工,如资料收集㊁资料整理㊁P P T 制作㊁书写报告㊁P P T 汇报等㊂鼓励护生通过各种途径检索所选主题相关知识㊂各小组在充分查阅资料的基础上进行组间讨论,商定调研中要解决的问题以及解决的方法,再联系临床导师到附属医院相关科室调研,可以采用文献法㊁问卷法㊁访谈法等多种方法,尽量收集到更充分㊁更深入的资料㊂小组成员在文献资料和现场调研数据资料基础上再次集中讨论,对数据资料进行整理㊁分析㊁总结,形成调研报告,并制作相应P P T ㊂若在整理过程中发现不足,可以继续补充文献资料和补充调研㊂P P T 汇报人先在组内进行汇报,解决汇报中可能出现的数据错误㊁方法错误㊁观点不明等问题㊂⑤资源共享:每组将书面报告以及在调研过程中获得的图片㊁影像资料上传至班级Q Q 群共享㊂⑥成绩:小组得分即为每成员的实验课得分㊂1.2.2 效果评价1.2.2.1 考核成绩 课程结束后,要求两个班护生上交小论文和进行理论考试㊂1.2.2.2 教师评价 举办两次专题教学研讨会,邀请S e m i n a r 教学团队的教师及论文评阅人(盲法,附属医院护理管理者)就组织形式㊁教学效果㊁护生差异等方面进行评价㊂1.2.2.3 护生评价 小组汇报全部结束后,观察组护生以无记名方式对S e m i n a r 教学法进行效果评价,同时提出意见和建议,发放问卷54份,回收有效问卷54份,有效回收率100%㊂1.2.3 统计学方法 采用S P S S21.0软件进行统计分析,两组比较采用描述性统计分析及t 检验,以P r教学费时太多,很难在规定时间内高质量完成㊂2.3观察组护生评价结果83.1%的护生对教学效果整体满意,91.8%护生喜欢这种教学方式,83.5%的护生认为内容及难度合适,94.1%护生认为护理管理学有必要开展S e m i n a r教学,90.3%护生希望在其他课程教学中也采用此教学方法㊂护生同时希望能给予更多时间准备汇报内容㊂见表2㊂表2观察组护生对S e m i n a e m i n a r教学有助于培养护生评判性思维能力S e m i n a r教学是以教师和护生为共同的教学主体,为探究某一问题,师生共同参与讨论㊁探讨的一种交互式教学路径㊂在传统的护理人力资源管理实验课上,护生往往是依据教师所给的资料完成1份排班表,护生习惯于去听㊁去接受㊁去模仿,很少提出自己的观点㊂在S e m i n a r教学中护生们发现了科室根据病种的不同而采用灵活的A P N班次职责和上下班时间,根据科室护士资历结构特点制订针对性的护士培训方案,不同个性特点和学历的护士对职业定位和职业规划有差异㊂护生们运用所查询到的证据来分析和讨论这些现象并提出自己的意见,在此过程中评判性思维能力得到了提高[5,6]㊂3.2S e m i n a r教学有助于促进护生主动学习护理人力资源管理所涉及的内容关乎每个护士切身利益㊂3年级第2学期的护生即将面临实习和就业招聘,渴望了解医院护理人员岗位设置和护理工作模式,对绩效核算和薪酬有很强的好奇心㊂作为本科护生,有较强的成就动机,希望了解进入工作岗位后自己如何提高业务水平以及如何规划自己的职业生涯来更好地实现自己的人生理想㊂传统教学方法护生往往被动接受教师所传授的知识,在课前主动收集资料并能在课堂上提出自己见解的护生较少,对课程内容的理解也难以深入㊂S e m i n a r教学护生们在课前都做了充分的准备㊂在这种主动学习过程中,护生利用专业书籍㊁中英文期刊㊁相关网站等丰富的学习资源来查找有用的资料,对文献检索和利用的能力明显提高,主动学习能力得到提高[9]㊂3.3S e m i n a r教学有助于培养护生沟通能力和团队精神护理人员是临床工作中重要的沟通者和协调者,护理工作的顺利开展离不开良好的沟通技巧和团队协作㊂S e m i n a r教学法又称研究式教学方法,与传统的教学模式相比,具有互动性好㊁民主氛围浓厚㊁对护生的研究与创新欲望具有强大的激励作用等特点;同时,具有扩展护生知识面㊁培养合作与研究能力㊁提高语言表达能力等功能㊂护生要分工协作,互相探讨,还要与附属医院指导老师联系调研地点㊁对象㊁内容和形式,在活动中要以证据来支撑自己的观点,同时也要倾听和采纳别人的意见,这些都为他们以后的临床实践和管理实践打下良好基础㊂讨论部分是S e m i n a r教学法的灵魂[3],也是课堂组织教学的难点和关键部分㊂在这一民主氛围浓厚的教学过程中,诸多思想进行激烈的碰撞,灵感得到启发,意想不到的观点涌现出来㊂护生主动寻求真理㊁质疑权威㊁充分表达自己观点的过程无疑能对综合素质的提高起到更为直接的作用㊂4小结本研究结果表明,S e m i n a And the catalytic performance need to be further improved.P6As we know, the three factors including activity, scale and diffusion factor play decisive role in the catalysis, affecting the yield, selectivity, stability strongly. In our presentation, we mainly focus on the influence of scale factor on the catalysis.P7Due to lack of active sites for mesoporous silica, two main methods (surface loading, modified framework) are widely reported, by which various organic or inorganic active sites can be immobilized on the surface or incorporated into the framework of mesopoous silica.P8Though various morphologies of mesoporos silica were widely synthesized, the synthesis of the mesoporos silica, with three simultaneous characteristics including doped metal, mesoporous structure and specific morphology, is always a challenge, which is rarely reported.In other words, for our case exploring a proper condition, at which the silicon and metal sources can simultaneously hydrolyze, can ensure a desired material.P9Next, let’s look at the synthetic steps.
