教材分析
本单元是人教版八年级英语下册的第六单元,这一单元围绕着“传奇式的童话故事”这一话题展开,语言技能和语言知识都是依据这一中心话题而设计的。这一话题非常贴近学生生活实际,学生会非常感兴趣。因此要充分调动学生的积极性,并引导学生积极地用英语讲出自己所知道的童话故事。
学习目标
1.重点单词:shoot, stone, weak, god, remind, bit, silly
2.重点短语:once upon a time, move the mountains, a little bit,
instead of, give up
3.能够运用所学用英语来描述故事。
4.通过一些经典故事,培养学生不畏困难,坚持不懈的精神。

1.识记并运用本课所学的单词、短语;学会运用状语从句
2.能初步读懂简单的英语故事;学习用过去时描述英语故事。
