2.4为了防止电机内部的负压,使油雾穿过浮动密封圈逸出,端盖式球面滑动轴承设有一个气封座以平衡空气压力,用管子将气封座内腔的空气连接到机外.
2.5油环由冷拉黄铜制成。在轴瓦内部开有油环槽,油环挂在轴上,下部浸入油中通过轴带动油环旋转,油环将油带到轴上,经导油槽将油较均匀地分配至整个轴瓦承载面。
2.6为了防止轴电流对轴瓦巴氏合金产生电腐蚀,一般在非负荷端采用绝缘轴承.绝缘方式是轴瓦和轴承座球面配合面中贴一层聚四氟乙烯垫片.所有与绝缘轴承连接的部分包括防止轴瓦转动的销钉、插入轴瓦底部的测温元件等同样预以绝缘。

3.2轴承润滑方式分为:油环自润滑、外部压力循环供油和油环润滑的复合润滑。
3.2.1油环自润滑,加油时,应保证油位高度在油标高度的1/2~2/3之间。
3.2.2外部压力循环供油时,油环也安装,用于预防外部循环油供应的短缺,确保设备的安全运行,应特别注意:
电机安装时,应调节轴承进油口的压力,保持一定流量,使轴承内部的油位稳在油标高度的1/2~2/3之间,超过这个高度会造成轴承漏油。
推荐供油压力开机时在0.01~0.03MPa之间。
3.3换油周期
润滑油的更换取决于滑动轴承运行的工况:负荷、转速、运行时间、运行温度等,在电机投入运行滑首次换油周期为700h,首次换油之后换油周期为4000h,外部压力循环供油的换油周期为20000h。
Sphere fit process is adopted between bearing shell and bearing block with the function of automatic regulation of center. The dimension tolerances of minor-diameter of bearing shells arepolished to secure not to be scraped and ground when using for the first time and being of compact conformation and convenience of installation and maintenance.
2.6Inorder to prevent the babbitt metal of bearing shell is corroded by shaft current,generally insulated bearings are used at unload ends. Insulation mode is to paste a insulating liner of teflon at the fitting surface between bearing shell and bearing block. All thecomponents connecting with the insulated bearing, including the collar pins preventing bearing shell rotating and the temperature elements inserting the bottom of bearing shell, are insulated in the same way.
3轴承润滑
3.1润滑油牌号的选择。任何低泡沫和具有良好的抗老化能力的优质矿物油,只要能达到所要求的润滑油粘度均可使用。润滑油的粘度可依据表2选取。

1概述
B型端盖式球面滑动轴承是引进国外技术,参考标准DIN31694生产制造的,其结构尺寸符合标准JB/T5888《电机用DQ系列滑动轴承结构与尺寸》.主要规格见表1。

2.3For the end-shield sphere bearing, floating seal technique is adopted on both inter- and outer-seal structures. Inside the holder of external bearing cover, a floating seal ring is provided. Floating seal ring can be divided into two halves which are attached on shaft through springs and can float freely in company with positional change of shaft. It is made of meltable polyimide and shaped by molding.
3Bearing lubrication
3.1Selection of oil number Any high quality mineral oil with the features of low bubble and favorable ageing resistance can be used provide that they can reach the required lubricating oil viscosity. The lubricating oil viscosity can choose according to Table 2.
3.2Bearing lubrication mode are the oil ring selfcirculating lubrication, the external pressure circulation oiling and the ring compound lubrication.
3.2.1For the bearings with the feature of oil ring selfcirculating lubrication,the oil level shall be ensure at 1/2~2/3 of the height of oil scale when oiling.
2.4Inorder to prevent the negative pressure created inside the motors and make oil mist ran off through floating seal rings,an air-seal holder is provided to balance air pressure. The air in the inner chamber of air-seal holder is led out to the outside of the motors by means of pipes.
2 Explanation of product structure

2.2Bearings have a structure which can be separated integrally at horizontal position. The main components are bearing block, bearing shell, oil slinger, floating seal ring and temperature element etc..
