commuters, and the expense involved in enforcing it. Still, I believe we should have a

little common courtesy. I think we all have responsibility to try to treat our subway

implementation of the government financial aid system for students should be

accelerated. Thirdly, the government should speed up education reforms to ensure

the answers online may be inaccurate or wrong. If we use them without thinking the
