空心楼板工程Hollow Floor Slab Worlks本工程采用500×500×300薄壁方箱。

Will use thin cube tank of 500×500×300 for this project.1、施工流程construction procedures施工工艺流程如下:The construction procedures will be as follows:Formwork installation-setting out-rebar binding for beam ,slab—thin wall box installation—anti-floating measurements—rebar for box surface—erection of construction walkway-erection of concrete tube—acceptance of concealed works—pouring concrete—concrete curing—formwork removal薄壁方箱现浇混凝土空心楼盖工艺流程construction procedures for cast-in situ hollow slab of thin wall cube tank2、薄壁方箱质量要求Quality Requirements1)箱体应具有可靠的密封性。

箱体外表面不得有孔洞和影响混凝土形成空腔的其它缺陷。

The tank body should be in feasible sealing,whose outside looks have no hollows or the other defects to impact the concrete quality.2)箱体尺寸应符合设计要求,其偏差应符合表一的规定:The box size should meet the design requirements, the deviation should be consistent with the provisions of the following Table:拆除模板混凝土养护安装模板划线定位梁、板底、肋间钢筋安装薄壁箱体安装采取抗浮措施板面钢筋安装搭设施工便道架混土送道设凝输管混凝土浇筑隐蔽工程验收允许偏差项目Description (mm)deviationpermission边长0,-20side length高度height ±5Steel ruler靠尺和塞尺Guiding tule表面平整度5levellinggauge3)箱体的竖向抗压荷载不应小于1000N,侧向抗压荷载不应小于800N。

3、施工控制重点keypoints in construction control1)保证箱体不致破损的措施measures to prevent tank leakageFor the destructioned tank body in the construction process, should be promptly arrange and filler 在试件表面量测,取最大空隙值量具检验方法test way scale钢尺在试件两端对应点之间量测一次,计算尺寸误差Steel ruler钢尺在试件两端对应点之间量测一次,计算尺寸误差for replacement or using tape to seal the disadvantages.④预留、预埋设施宜布置在楼盖结构的楼板实心区域、肋宽范围内。

当预留、预埋设施无法避开薄壁方箱时,可对薄壁方箱采取断开或锯缺口等措施,但事后应封堵。

在管线集中处,可采取换用小尺寸薄壁方箱等措施避让.The reserved,embedded facilities should be arranged in the the floor solid area of the floor structure within the rib width range. When reserved, embedded facilities can not avoid the thin-walled cube tank, can disconnect or saw the gap of the tank body , but afterwards should be sealed and blocked . Measures can be taken to change the use of small-size tank in avoidance of the concentrated pipeline.2)薄壁方箱的安装固定fixed installation of tank①薄壁箱在安放过程中,应保证其位置准确和壁体顺直,保证空心板肋间及上、下板混凝土的厚度。

采用在薄壁方箱底部放置垫块的方法保证上、下混凝土厚度。

In the placement process of thin-wall tank, should ensure that its position accurately and wall straight, and guarantee thickness of the concrete hollow board.Will use the the pad placed at the bottom of the tank body to ensure the thickness of the concrete.②调整放线,保证薄壁方箱之间及箱体与暗梁,墙,柱之间的间距符合设计要求。

间距、肋宽、板顶厚度、板底厚度允许偏差±10mm;区格板中内模的整体顺直度允许偏差,且不应大于15mm。

区格板周边和柱周围混凝土实心部分尺寸应符合设计要求,允许偏差±10mm。

Adjust the setting out to guarantee the spacing between the tanks,tank and concealed beams, walls, columns to meet the design requirements.. Allowable deviation being ±10mm;The allowable deviation for grating internal straight degrees being of concrete solid portion size should meet the design requirements, allowable deviation ±10mm.③薄壁箱的固定应采用在模板上开小孔,在箱中间圆孔顶用1根Φ12长220的固定钢筋,再用Φ6吊钩穿过箱体圆孔与模板固定孔相连对箱体进行固定,防止箱体移动和上浮,具体措施详见下图。

To fix the tank, will open a small hole in the template, through a top box center hole,use the rebar of Φ12 220 , through the round template holes useΦ6 hookto connect with the tank body to prevent the body from moving and floating. The detailed measures please refer to the Figure as below.3)保证箱体下部混凝土密实度措施Measures to ensure the solid concrete below the tank body为了保证箱体下部混凝土浇筑密实,浇筑前对班组工人进行现场交底,混凝土用粗骨料的最大粒径不宜超过空心楼板肋宽的,且不得超过31.5mm。

混凝土坍落度不宜小于160mm,混凝土浇筑前一天对模板和预制薄壁箱进行洒水充分湿润,浇筑时先往箱体四周梁肋内布料浇筑,再用直径30和50mm的振动棒配合振捣,派专人负责观察箱体下部混凝土往箱体中间流动情况,直到箱体中间抗浮孔内混凝土往上冒为止,如发现箱体中间抗浮孔内混凝土没上冒时,及时停止浇筑,查找原因,并及时处理。

In order to ensure concrete pouring dense and solid, make technical review to the team workers before pouring.The concrete should be with the coarse aggregate at a maximum particle size of not exceeding of the hollow floor rib width ,minimum exceeding31.5mm. Concrete slump should not be less than 160mm, the day before the concrete pouring ,template and prefabricated thin-walled box should be fullywet.When pouring ,firstfor the box around the beam and rib,then vibrate with vibrating rod of the diameter 30 and 50mm ,while arranging specified person to observe concrete flow until.If found the concrete does not go up from anti-floating hole,stop pouring ,find out the reasons and timely solve out the problem.。
